My desktop cannot boot after upgrading, so i brought it in this place, owner called me after 2 or 3 days later, said my power chip was fried. I said ok, and waited whole 2 weeks, no calls back. I decided to get my computer back and walked in the store, when i ask my computer back he told me he has his rules and I cant do whatever I want, I was like thats my computer, I just want it back, he said get out my store! I ended up called the police, but eventually I didnt get it back because my computer was not there. Later, I got it back after he FIXed it, which was still cannot boot. When I run the hardware test at Microsoft store the staffs said my hardware is fine there is no problem with them. There is no customer service there, not honesty and quality. If you need to fix your computer dont forget, HE HAS HIS RULES!!!You are nothing!!!

I wouldnt go to this place to buy gum let alone fix my laptop. The guy was unwelcoming and rude. But hey I just wanted to get my laptop fixed and I left my laptop over night just for him to check it out!! Big mistake!! Not only next day he didnt have my laptop but when I asked for my own laptop he didnt want to give it back because someone else had it and he didnt kno when it will be back.?? I have to get Lowell police involved to get my laptop back. This has to be illegal how he does business. FYI my laptop had screws missing and didnt start up right when I got it back so I had to go to different place and shell out 75$ just to fix his mistake!!!!! I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Be aware!!!!!

Never buy laptop or even a phone there, the guy doesnt take care of it and its all broken, asked for my refund and he refuses to give me my money back and hopefully his place is getting reported and i hope he runs outta business. BE AWARE!! he even begged me not to write it on review about him cant even fix a laptop nor a phone but i dont care, everyone deserves to know how he works and how he runs his business

Worse place ever. Took a week to fix an iphone 5s screen. Charge me the same price as the mall does. Broke some cable and never answer phone calls. DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANY SERVICE!! Would not recommend this place to anyone.
