The male staff here is awful. I was told when I bought a charger (blond hair bearded guy) it was guaranteed and all I had to do was come in an exchange it for a new one if it broke. Well, the 1st one I bought for $29.99 stop charging after 3 weeks. I go in and the an the lady working exchanged it no questioned asked an apologized. Exactly 3 weeks later the charger broke again this time the little metal peice came off for no reason at all. I did not abuse it and it was no over used it had only been 3 weeks. I even had the box that said it had a 1 year warranty. Instead the same guy working (blond hair with a beard) implied that I could of done it and that is not a exceptible reason and I would have to pay another $29.99 for a new charger. Needless to say I stormed out of there pissed off. I am sticking with SPRINT wireless, Verizon is overpriced and clearly does not back up the products they sell.

I could not have been happier with customer service I received at the Bedford, Ma branch of Verizon Wireless. Carlie, Justin, and Morgan were some of the most helpful and knowledgeable customer service reps that Ive ever met. I had to go in to activate a new phone and I walked out with a phone and a tablet. Verizon was running a promotional deal in which case the tablet was only a $70 in-store rebate. The staff presented the deal to me in a very respectful manner. Rather than pushing me to buy the tablet through sales tactics, they simply explained the offer and allowed me to make the decision for myself. They answered all of my questions regarding the device thoroughly. Their friendly attitudes also greatly added to my wonderful experience! I would definitely recommend going to this branch if you have any Verizon-related needs!

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful when I went to upgrade my phone. I had been to the Billerica location to try to do this a few weeks earlier but the staff there were very unorganized and not very helpful so I came to the Bedford location as it had better ratings - it was well worth the extra 10 minute drive.

This store is a fraud. Save your time and money. They overcharge for devices, accessories, and restocking. Definitely not worth the money
