Wish they had no star option. We had terrible experience with this store and the manager. We went here thinking we can avoid the mall crowd but little did we know they try to con you into getting into some random plans for their benefit. I understand they get some commission for getting new lines but we did not know we would be lied about offers. We were told if we get into 2 year option we would get ipad for $99. But once we signed up and our account activated, we were told they had no ipads. Then when we said we did not want to sign 2 years (because we did for the ipad offer), the manager said we have to pay restocking fee of $45 each (our phones were still in sealed boxes- we had never experienced such bad customer service in our lives ever). In short, terrible experience and would advice everyone to be clear what they offer and if you will really get the offers before switching your accounts. After this experience, we switched to Verizon. If ATT ever reads this, make sure this store (specially the manager) keeps customers happy and not con customers for commissions.

Like others have mentioned Id give zero stars if I could. Dont waster your time here! Drive to the Woburn Mall AT & T instead! Went in to upgrade my iPhone. First off it took about 10 min. for the rep to confirm that I was in fact eligible for an upgrade (which I had already figured out myself online in minutes). Then the process was SLOWER than you could imagine. We were there 30 min & ended up with nothing. Why was it so slow? The rep kept blaming it on not having a good internet connection. Funny to be in a store that specializes in technology and the internet is what is preventing the transaction. I dont think he knew the procedure well at all. We finally told him he needed to cancel the transaction b/c we couldnt spend all that time. He said he canceled the transaction. Turns out he had also cancelled the service to my current phone & didnt restore it when we asked to stop transaction. We ended up going into the Woburn AT & T and it theyre service was amazing!!

I found the Burlington store to be so helpful. I worked with mike and tony to transfer all my information from one phone to a new phone. They both were so helpful courteous and made the whole experience so easy as I was dreading the change. In addition they were knowledgeable and very pleasant and went the extra mile for me They are an asset to your store Best Jil
