Id given my Moto Z Play for repair to Cellairis @ Natick Mall 1245 Worcester Rd, Natick, MA 01760. The display had broken and theyd fixed it. While putting the new display, they broke the home button. They were courteous enough to order a new part. I came in and got it fixed too. Then one day, the display stopped working, so they said they will order a new one for me. I dropped my phone on Monday July 31st and havent heard back since then. Ive been trying to call them to get the status, but until today I was hearing that the the part hasnt arrived yet. Today, when I called in to check, I got to know that the owner/staff had changed so that has no clue what was going on. They are not even sure if my phone is ready. They want me to come and get my charger so that they can make sure that it is ready. This is highly unprofessional. The staff on phone used the language "Its your job to come and check if the phone is ready or not". This kind of language is unacceptable. Im tired to going back and forth. I request you to look into this and clarify status of my phone.

I have worked in the customer service field for 8 years now, and I know what customer service is all about. I must say I truly just had a phenomenal customer service experience at the Cellairis store at the Natick mall. Cameron (supervisor) and Antonio (sales associate) showed great care and professionalism. I had to get my previous screen protector replaced because of an issue it had when combining it with a case I wanted to purchase. Cameron and Antonio tried two different screen protectors on my phone so that I could have the option and freedom to see which one would work best while keeping me well informed about the best option and going above and beyond to gather information and physically show me proof of the best option. They also offered me a great deal at the end of it. I could not have been more satisfied with their customer service and support. I highly recommend anyone to go to Cellairis at the Natick mall, you will have your issues and needs addressed and taken care of extremely well!

This was the worst experience I had. They replaced the cracked screen on my phone and then my phone got stuck in a boot-loop. I had to go back in a diagnose my own phone and attempt to flash it at their technicians recommendation. That didnt fix the problem. They sent it to their head technician who then in return made my phone even worse. Other parts of my phone were defective. Eventually you could get it to boot but the the radio stopped working on it. They refund some money but not all and then told me to send it to Samsung but if they say the phone was opened to just lie about it. I fought with them but they wouldnt do anything for me. I sent it to Samsung who then not only replaced the screen they put on as defective but also replaced the back the camera and the board on the phone. I was without my phone for months on an initial 2 hour repair. Worst experience ever. Do not go here!!!!!

I was recently in Cellairis the other day looking to get my phone fixed. I had broke it at a party the night before and it ruined my night tremendously. My awful attitude carried into the next day when I came into the Cellairis store (not the kiosk) where I was greeted by a wonderful man by the name of Javier. He claimed to be the assistant manager but with how well educated he was with the products and friendly he was, he could have easily been mistaken as the owner. As stressed as I was, he made me feel a lot better, and more comfortable leaving him with my phone. I just knew it was in good hands. He made me feel that he had everything under control and made it clear he would take care of me. After fixing my phone, quickly, he found me a case that he explained would proven this from happening again.

Had an awesome experience at Cellairis in the Natick Mall today. Completely shattered my iphone6 yesterday and took it in this morning to be repaired. Javier was efficient and informative in repairing the damages and confidently explained measures that needed to be taken to prevent this happening again. He repaired my screen with original parts and everything works "as good as new"! He was very trustworthy and reliable with his work and was looking out for MY best interest (you dont always feel this way in sales environments). I bought a tempered glass screen protector and a nice, extremely protective yet slim case for my phone. Javi was incredibly genuine- I would highly suggest him and his expertise if you ever need phone repairs or anything along the lines.

I tried the "Live Chat" option on their website and was told there was not a location in my area, even though the website has one listed in the next town over...Ive even seen it in the mall. The "Live Chat" forces you to fill out required information such as your email address and zip code. They force you to go through all the steps, even after inputting the zip code. They just want you on their mailing list so rather than telling you there is no store, they make you complete the wizard just to get the email address. If anyone has ever actually been able to reach a live person using their live chat, I would love to hear it. Once they say there is no location in the area, they end the chat session, never giving you the chance to chat. HORRIBLE!

Quoted $210 to replace a cracked screen for a Samsung Galaxy S5, which, the entire phone itself can be replaced for less. The gentleman who I spoke with was able to tell me that if I provided a replacement screen, the cost of labor alone is $49, which is a bit more reasonable. For that, Ill give a second star. The claim is cost of parts, but in reality, the cost of the part compared to the final price ($40 bucks for the screen, used) is quite high. I trust their work, as I have had items serviced here before, however, if youre looking to get a fair price, this is not the place to do it. (Reference for this: I also called another repair place, also in the mall, and they informed me their price was quite a bit lower...)

The people at this location are EXTREMELY nice and helpful. I had some time and decided to get my phone fixed, however unfortunately none of the screens were working with my phone, so the manager called her boss and had him come in that day with a new batch of screens! She kept apologizing about the wait, but it wasnt even that bad of a wait. The staff was extremely nice and explained everything to me as it was happening, which I like because it makes me feel more secure about my phone. Places that claim to fix phone screens are usually sketchy, but Cellaris is very professional with what they do. A well-deserved 5 stars from me!

I Broke my screen protector, brought it to cellairis in the natick mall, Javier was able to help me right away without hesitation and I got my phone back in no time.. Everything was perfect I couldnt have asked for anything better. Im a frequent shopper at cellairis and I always leave happy. Needless to say this is my go to place for cracks, protector replacements, and phone cases. I couldnt ask for anything better! shoutout to all the employees at cellairis for keeping me happy. they never let down! thank you thank you!
