My husband had an issue with his phone, sounds kept going off but nothing was happening as in no emails, texts, nothing so we went to the Verizon store in N.A. and we met with Jamie the "Solutions Specialist" he took the phone for 2 minutes and said it was fixed, he said the sound was coming from emails, well I knew that wasnt it then he proceeded to ask me what kind of phone and service I had trying to sell me a phone and Verizon service etc., so we left and the my husbands phone was still making the sounds. After 2 hours I fixed it myself and it had nothing to do with emails. After a few months I decided I wanted a new phone and service because my carrier wasnt great and we went back to the NA store and I got Jamie again. I picked the phone I wanted and Jamie got us a plan for $85 a month (that included 2 phones and a tablet), great, well I got my first bill and it wasnt $85 so I called Verizon and they said I had to go to the store and talk to Jamie because my bill will never be $85 AND I also received a letter stating that I was enrolled in the "Total Mobile Protection Plan" which I didnt agree upon and cancelled that. I went back to the store to talk to Jamie about my bill and he was transferred to the Mansfield store. My point, be careful with these guys who think they know everything and make sure its in writing what youre going to pay! I had it in Jamie handwriting but I couldnt prove it was his.

Worst professionalism I have ever experienced. One guy phillip tried to tell us we wouldnt find a phone under 600$. When I told him I found one for 192 he proceeded to tell me it has low memory and wont take a SD card, I made him open it low and behold you could put a SD card. I also purchased a red gizmo gadget for my son the newer model thats touch screen and the guy removed and opened in front of myself and two others it was the correct one. He sold it for ninety bucks. When I returned home the watch was PINK gizmo pal last years model. I dont understand at which point he changed them out. I told him atleast four times I have a boy. I was going to deal with the pink until I realized it was wrong model. I drove a half hour back to store only to be told I had to pay 75$ more to get what I originally wanted. knowing I didnt want to spend too much he played it off as though the red gadget was 90$ then gave me an old one so Id have to return and pay the difference. The manager Corey was dumped by a friend of mine a couple years back said there was nothing he could do. And as I left the store before I pulled out of parking lot all the employees were laughing about the situation. Absolutely unprofessional. I was disgusted. I called corporate while I was still in the parking lot. Thats how unhappy I was.

EDIT: I had to lower the rating which was 5 stars and rewrite this because they never answer their phones. I even tested it, sat outside and called and watched 3 employees standing around talking but they cant answer phones. Waited in hold for 10minutes before handing up and this isnt the first time. Im switching carriers the second I can Verizon doesnt know how to treat customers or even work at all anymore

This location is hit or miss. The staff is compromised of 75% helpful and knowledgeable people who are happy to help, but 25% of them are intolerable hipster pricks who treat you as an inconvenience. Just dont be afraid of asking to work with another associate in the latter case and youll get what you need.
