horrible-cannot even get the name of natalies boss to discuss customer service..she has lied about the return and will not take it back within 7 days..contacted teresi in providence main office who cant help but tried-her boss eddy not in....this gift was for christmas and today is 7th day...last day to return it is the 26th today...will file complaint with corporate
