I had my best experience there with the sales representative. I was looking for a specific model of phone, and Ill need two of them. She not only tried to help me set up the phone, but also tried calling over ten stores to find another one. My son was crying, and she immediately offered him a bottle of water. She was extremely friendly, patient, and is one of the best representatives.
