I have 2 new Samsung 8+ phones that do not send/receive photo text messages. I called tmobile customer service and was advised to visit this store in order to have the SIM cards checked. When I arrived at the store, Vivian (tmobile employee) said someone would be right w/ me. Forty five minutes later I asked how much longer it would be until I would be assisted. Vivian said another half hour. At that point I left and returned later that afternoon. I explained the situation and Vivian asked another t mobile employee, Frederick, to assist her opening the Lifelock cases the phones were enclosed in. He didnt know how to open the cases either and he looked it up online. As he opened them he said it was very hard to do. They only checked one Sim card and VIivian informed me it was the devices themselves. I was told to call tmobile and have 2 phones overnighted to me. Fredrrick put one phone back in its case and dropped it but it didnt crack. My other phone however was cracked across half the screen. I was very upset when I saw this and told them they broke my phone. They both walked into the back room to call thier manager. When Vivian returned she would not even acknowledge my broken phone never mind responsibility for it. I believe it happened when Frederick was opening the Lifelock case, as he said it was very hard and used force. The first time my phones were ever out of the cases was at this store! My pbones are not even 3 months old. Vivian was extremely rude and in denial. I left and went straight to the Tewksbury Police Dept to file a report. These people cracked my phone, they know they did and not only did they efused to replace it, they outright denied any wrongdoing. I hope this store does have cameras becuase it will proove THEY CRACKED MY PHONE!!! If I couldve given zero stars to review this place I would have.
