Recently switched to Fios bc of being fed up with Comcasts constant price hike.. Am very happy to get wifi in every corner of my house which Comcast was not able to provide. However, there are a few annoying things with Verizon.... first, when I first turn on the TV, its asking me if I want to watch TV, and press the Menu button to actually "turn on the TV". When I sit down on my couch and click that button that says "TV" on it, Im going going out on a limb and say, yeah, I would like to watch some TV after dinner... The other annoying thing is that when Im watching a movie, during the middle of the movie, I get a pop-up screen telling me that my TV has been "inactive" and will be going into idle mode? If I dont press another button.... Fios needs to make their settings more user friendly. So far, the only thing Im happy about is the internet service, but the TV service/set up sucks!

This place dishes out the worst customer service consistently and does it with an unparalleled air of condescension. I have been there two times, and on both occasions--not only they have made a mess of the task in hand, they remained steadfast in telling myself how all the mishaps are actually my own doing---it was surreal! You will be made to think you are visiting them to make their day, not to have them resolve your issues. Both women who work there are have an astonishing sense of entitlement. Go there only to experience a twisted sense of comedy, not to get your problems resolved.

I went to the Verizon store on my lunch break with a laundry list of issues. Not only did Tishaun answer all my questions, he did so quickly and without making me feel like I was the idiot (as they do whenever I call Verizon with a question). I even had time left to pick up lunch! If you have an issue with your bill and would like real customer service, I suggest going to this store before you try calling Verizons impersonal customer service department.

i didnt like the fact that they dropped cozi tv number 23 on the channels list without telling their customers they were doing this.i dont want or need another jiveass religious station.they should give me a credit for doing this or lower the cost of my bill per month

Returned equipment here after canceling my account on he phone. Was totally painless, they scanned the router, and I was done. In and out in less than 5 minutes.
