The Owner Jeff Olsen Is A Verbally Abusive To Customers & even More To Women!! He Verbally Abused Myself as well as Co-Workers & Friends referred to The Mobile Store! Others Shared with me their Transgressions with The Owner & The Unknowledgeable Workers! For Example, A Worker did not know how to input a SIM CARD into a Mobile Phone! The Owner Jeff Olsen would not even bother looking at the phone which is the 2nd under warranty from the Store! Only wanted to handle purchasing an upgraded phone! He would not look into her account of which Metro PCS Headquarters wanted him to do. Jeff Disrespected Headquarters as a Bunch of know nothings Useless Indian & Chinese Illiterate Fools! Referred to phone & Metro PCS as a "Useless BRICK"! The Others we know go to Swansea, MA Metro PCS Store & Say Their Service Is Great at That Location! ** EXTREMELY SUSPICIOUS THERE WASNT A REVIEW UNTIL MINE, NOW THERE ARE 2 POSITIVE REVIEWS - VERY FUNNY! ALL THE CUSTOMERS FLEA TO METRO PCS AT THE SWANSEA MALL, MA! WALKED IN THERE & THERE WERE 5 CUSTOMERS WHO CAME FROM WARREN WITH SAME TYPE OF COMPLAINTS OF WHICH 2 WERE MEN! OBVIOUSLY, THE OTHER REVIEWS ARE NOT REAL. JUST CALL THE SWANSEA STORE & ASK THEM ABOUT THE WARREN JEFF OLSEN STORE!

The owner and his son are only 2 works owner told me i went in an complain that worker did not know anything about phones or how to do anything with phone also he talked on his cell almost 20 mins while i waited and was only customer in store whole time so when i told owner he said i own this store an only me and my son run it was also very rude when telling me this and basically called me liar than shrugged it off like i never even said it so basically i told him how much store sucked and his son and him both should not work customer service and i will never use his store again ill stick with store in swansea mall there great any have great deals also customer services f warren metro pcs store!!!!

Been going for ten months I have not seen any of that abuse or ill hostilities I have gotten many phones asked many questions and had a larger understanding on the phones I have gotten this store is both friendly and well placed and I think head quarters should give everyone there a raise
