The guy at this store tried to charge me $10 to transfer my number from my old verizon phone to my new verizon phone. If you go to a real verizon store, not this independent retailer, they will do it for free. In addition, this store was rude and condescending when I indicated that they shouldnt charge for such a quick service to a loyal 6 year customer. Not trustworthy.

These guys are awesome! They absolutely try their best to make your experience seamless. Ive had such rotten experiences with AT&T and "real" Verizon stores that I was completely blown away by the care and attention from Freedom. They cant control what Verizon does, but if its within their power to help you in any way, they do it.
