Worst. Experience. Ever. And while most VZW stores are renowned for their up-sell haranguing, this Needham St. location crosses the line to deceitful and despicable. The sales rep, Voury Gong, was unprofessional in his flirting even after I asked him to stop asking me personal questions. He lied when I asked about accessory compatibility for the new iphone I was buying and when I fact-checked him on the apple website and pointed out his error, he just talked faster and smiled brighter. 3 times I asked if my data would be transferred for free to the new iphone I purchased and 3 times I was told yes...of course! Upon paying for my new phone, a $40 charge was added for the transfer. I objected and the "manager" stepped in and asked the problem, which I relayed to him. Self-proclaimed manager, Zach Schwartz insisted his rep would never tell me it was free and stated the charge was "standard". I said I specifically asked 3 times because Im on a limited budget. The rep now stepped forward, put his finger in my face and insisted I was lying. I asked him to respect my space and remove his finger. Then the young flustered manager again backed his rep and stated that I was being abusive in my language. I certainly was not. Two guys double-teaming a female client with nonsense and IM being abusive. Zach Schwartz is a joke. I hope the regional manager will take to video surveillance and correct this unprofessional manner of VZW employees. Ive since checked and data transfer is free at other locations and at the apple store. SPARE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION AND NEVER SHOP AT THIS VERIZON STORE!!!

In and out on a Saturday with a new phone for my daughter in about a 45 minutes! I received terrific service from Taylour who quickly showed us three phones in our budget and explained the pros and cons of each to us simply and clearly. Compared to the Verizon store in Chestnut Hill where waits can run 30-40 minutes on a busy weekend day, this shopping experience was a breeze! My daughter loved the open, spacious layout and getting the phone of her dreams. I loved the service and lack of any wait time. Speaking of service, I was even offered a cup of fresh coffee! And did I mention that a second salesperson, Aaron, jumped in to help transfer information from my daughters old to new phone, speeding up our shopping time. My one suggestion to improve the shopping experience would be to post price information next to the phones on display. It was initially disconcerting to me to have to ask price information for any phone that interested me. In the end, this problem was overcome by the fact that Taylour approached to help us as soon as we entered the store, quickly pointed us towards several appropriate products, and the entire experience was the best and quickest Ive had in any cellular store.

So... I was so angry because I cracked my phone at work and I left work angry because I knew I would have to go to the store in the morning before work. I am currently sitting in the store and in front of my is three great guys who stayed open just go take care of my broken phone and upgrade me... Without hesitation and without an issue. I work retail and I know how it feels when someone comes in when we are closed but these guys were great! They worked all together to get me a new phone, case, screen protector, charger and more! I am so appreciative and so happy and this is why I will always choose Verizon. Mike was the greatest. Jake (from State Farm) and Joe were super helpful too! I am so happy and so appreciative and these guys deserve a raise! Theyre awesome and I will recommend them to all my friends, family, and coworkers! You guys rock!

Forced me to rent a TV box even though I did not use it. They refused to take it back because I had TV in my package but if I took TV out price doubled. After about a year they pushed some more channels to my TV pack and changed $25 more, without asking me. I called and told customer service I dont need nor want TV and finally they agreed to take the TV box off my hands. After 2 years price jumped from $50 to $100 without any warning or reason. Only option they offered is 2 year contract. In the Land Of The Free, binding contract with Internet Provider is against my believes.

I came into Verizon wanting to upgrade my phone. I didnt know how or what were the steps to do so, I was clueless. As I walked I was greeted very kindly by an employee. I believe his name was danny. I told him about my situation and that I had no idea on how to start. Danny was very patient and walked me through every little thing I needed to know. With his help, I got what I needed and am very satisfied with the outcome. I will of course recommend danny to my family and friends if they ever want to switch to Verizon.

I went to chesthill Verizon and the refused to help me with my phone issue but instead tried to force me to buy a new phone. My phone is only 8 months old. I came to this amazing Verizon store on Needham st and Manny was amazing. I walked in and he took the time to listen to my phone problems. Manny resolved my issue and the proceeded to go over my account with me and lowered my bill as well!!!!! No sales pressure here. I will be doing all my Verizon needs at this location from now on.

A big shout out to Rhonda who helped me add a new line to an iPhone from Canada. She was extremely patient and trouble shooting with the Tech Team over the phone to finally get the phone to pick up the Verizon service. She went above and beyond and far exceeded my expectation especially when it was close to the store closing time but she put her customers needs first. I really appreciate her effort and definitely will recommend this store to others. Thanks for everything you do.

The customer service provided to me by Tyler Busick surpassed all my expectations. I not only changed my 25 year service from Sprint to Verizon but got all new phones for my entire family. He was so knowledgeable and patient and assessed what plan and phones were best for our needs. It is very rare to get any good customer service and I would absolutely recommend anyone looking to change phones or get the best service plan to meet with Tyler Busick and get outstanding service.

My experience here has been fabulous! I came in with my old phone that had gotten very hot. I was very concerned because I have a medically complicated, special needs child and must have phone service at all time. The diagnosis was made and I was informed by Mike that I had an upgrade available! He also explained a couple of device payment plan options that were helpful and made the process very easy! Cheers to this new store and to Mike for being so helpful and cheerful!

I went in recently for an upgrade and was helped by Tony. I was very satisfied with my phone buying process, the service and was especially happy with how pleasant and patient he was during the time he helped select my phone, making sure was the right fit. Not to mention, he was very knowledgeable and even helped me save some money. Love my new phone and would definitely recommend this store to a friend.
