Depends who is working. If get a bad sales person go the next day. Varies. Bought 2 new Samsung s8+. One was broken out of box. Girl wanted to charge me $50 for restock. So I left. Next day new girl did exchange gave me credit on bill and $22 cash back due to coupon. Makes a difference. Just like others state. Depends on who you get.

Love Tmobile but this location makes me sick. makes one tempt to switch carrier since this is the only location nearby. I hate dealing with these reps. they are ignorant and rude. If it wasnt for google requiring to select a star rating they wouldnt get nothing. Please avoid this store is you do not want to be disappointed.
