Worst customer service ever. Have employees standing around while people are waiting in line. Then I asked if someone is going to assist me one says well we are all with another customer when clearly he wasnt he was standing around with his hands in his pocket. And just finished helping a customer. I dont think Ill ever go back to this location

Excellent service and support at Fresh Pond TMobile. Allen set up my family account which had some problems with transferring from other carrier and phone lines in different states. He addressed my questions and persevered until everything got resolved. Other staff like Xavier are also supportive and theres great management by Kerri and Marco!.

Do no go to this store. They do fraudulent activities. My brother went to buy some accessories and pay cash but they still put installment payments in their system so that he has to pay twice for everything that he bought in that store. I call T-Mobile to tell them they need to investigate that store.

Very friendly customer service unlike at some other T-Mobile locations I have been to. One of their Reps named Billy went to great lengths to help me get my phone back to working order after I had a problem with it. Other stores just turned me away. Thank you so much!

I absolutely love this store. Ive been T-Mobile client for many years and this is the only store I go to visit in person. They always help me figure out what the problem is, what are my options and at the end I leave with the best possible option. Love my guy there!

Where are the cool chairs? This place looks like a used car dealership now! No chill zone, just empty space for no reason. They should have classes each night so ppl can learn and upgrade their phone skills.
