My car failed to start yesterday and after visiting this store it was recomended to change my battery since it did not have enough cold cranking amps (CCA) as per diagnostics done.Cut long story short the car wouldnt start even with the new battery and heavy duty back up jump start gudgets .I had to manually jump start my car which is manual transmission...thanks God..called the store again coz i felt that i did not get the service i needed and i paid for something that didnt solve my problems.I was advised by the very polite guy named carl or karl to call the manager who had the authenticity to deal with such issues considering the store policies regarding returns.....unknown to me... since once battery is installed cannot be returned.following morning which is today i presented my case to the manager who was very professional and listened to my case and concerns.The manager Mr. Jeff considered the case by its own merit knowing the customer is always "right" and agreed to refund all the monies due to me and he even personally installed my old battery back in my car which worked just fine...I will definately return to this store and pass a positive word about the courtesy and professionalism of the staff...Sometimes going back to humanity and overlooking organization policies might be the only way out in order to enhance and maintain a long lasting customer relationship that will make them come back again...Kudos Jeff n ur team!!!

I cant imagine a bad review for these guys. Ive been to four of these stores but the one in Salem is always my first choice. The guys here built me a custom battery and it was more competitive than anything I could find on eBay or Amazon or anywhere else online and not only that but it lasts about 3 hours longer than Factory. Its a battery for my Minelab Excalibur underwater metal detector true story. In spite of the phone ringing people standing in line I saw people getting their business taken care of these guys come highly recommended by me any day of the week thanks Jeff for your personal service. My daughter shattered the screen of her iPad Mini 2. We called a lot of places, including Apple, and none were terribly helpful. Apple suggested we just replace the whole iPad, as the repair was "impossible." I contacted Batteries Plus Bulbs, and they quoted the lowest price of everyone I spoke with, but even better, they had the fastest turn around - 24 hours. Other places said they ship repairs out, and get them back about a week later, sometimes 10 days. And everyone else was almost twice as much! But the best part - we picked it up the next day, and it was as good as new. My daughter and I are completely thrilled!!

Bought MC Battery called in the morning was told I could pick up in 20 minutes and I would have to put on a trickle charger or if I wait till 4pm it will be fully charged. When I arrived after 4 when they measured the voltage I was told I would have to put on the trickle charger for a few hours. I asked what happened and was told that someone must have disconnected it. The battery was given to me with the bolts and drain hose taped to the top no box or bag I had to find something to lay it on so that if it leaked my truck wouldnt get damaged. Im sure the battery is great, a little disappointed in the service.

I was looking to have batteries in 10 watches replaced. They were able to save me some money since I had several watches. They were extremely nice, and turnaround time was 20 minutes! Very satisfied customer and would return again and recommend over any jewelry shops.
