They were difficult to communicate the problem with over phone because their English was not great but I went in person and I am glad I did. I am very pleased with their service. My phone (note 4) wouldnt charge for some reason and they fixed it. Update: I am downgrading review. My phone broke again with the same problem which the repaired. It wouldnt charge again! Their repair didnt last long. I will try another repair center this time for more robust fix.

Went to this store with a lg cell from metro with a bad charge port was told was going to be put on today then got told otherwise...just what I thought never done and never touched this place is no good and plus expensive $70 for a charge port waited a month and work never done took my phone back went too wireless solucion in Lawrence ma.
