Terrible experience. I would never return here. The support person could not be bothered to get up to greet me. I was told to come to her where she sat behind a desk. I was looking at phones at the time which was the intention of my visit. She never came over to show me the phones. When i told her iwas looking to purchase a phone with 16gb she told me that i would need to purchase a particular phone and spend $250 because none of the phones i was looking at on the wall had that much memory. I told her that was not true and i knew that at least one or 2 others had 16 gb. I got another staff member to help as she continued to remain seated. he pointed out that there were 2 other phones that had 16gb memory. Coincidentally, The phones were over $100s less. I continued to ask about the camera on one phone and she told me that she didnt know if it was good and proceeded to search for several minutes online. Still not getting up to show me phones or demonstrate the camera. I was so insulted that my husband and i just walked out. We were hoping to switch his service over from verizon to my plan and he has lost interest because of this experience. Its shameful that your staff makes a commission on sales and is misleading its customers into higher purchases.

I got Samsung Galaxy s6 edge on lease in order to upgrade 3 times a year. i went for an upgrade to S7 edge and was willing to pay deductable $175, However they never put the insurance on my phone even though I did pay for that. later they did in house claim which took about a week to get me new phone after calling customers care many times and paid $175 deductible. Now when I went back to upgrade but I was told "We dont have S7 edge in our store as well as any other store around this area, and I need to order it which will take about 4 weeks" nothing was mentioned at the very first visit. worst experience. plus they dont pay attention if some already came in the store waiting for the greet n get the names list but they only look randomly skipping n go for those who comes after...

Needed a SIM card. That was ALL. Lots of reps in the store. They took my name, told me it would be a 30 minute wait. All the reps are moving slowly, chatting up their customers and each other, taking all the time in the world. 1 hour and 20 minutes later, they get to me. Took 5 minutes. Pathetic service levels. These folks need to learn how to sell 1 phone to 1 customer in less than 1 hour, how to speed things up when there are lots of customers waiting, and also how to handle quick inquiries & purchases separately from 1 hour phone discussions (heres a Nobel Prize-winning idea: how about dedicating 1 rep to quick inquiries? There were 5 in the store . . .) Nice folks, but totally disorganized. Pull up your socks, T Mobile.

My daughter and I went to change switch her phone. We waited 40 min just to be served and there were plenty of workers just chatting away. The guy serving us was clear that he did not want us to be there on that he wanted to help us. After getting her phone then we asked them how to switch over her contacts they said with your google account we sat there and all he did was scroll through the phone when it did not work he told us it was not possible got up and walked away. We are still looking for a solution.They have terrible service and attitude problems. I do not recommend this store or to take your kids there they are terrible examples.

Called ahead for service in setting up new upgrade phones (many-year T-Mobile customer), asked if busy, was told place was "dead". Rushed over, several people waiting, others already being helped. Waited ourselves for nearly 10 minutes for somebody to greet and talk to us, finally somebody came from out back, and put our names on a list, claimed that the place just got busy. Waited another 20 minutes, no indication of where we were on the list, how much longer it would be, or when/if we would be helped. Left. (Have had similar bad service there before; now for sure will not return.)

Would like to give 0 stars but they dont offer that option. Apparently they dont ask for ID when running credit cards at this location- had over $600 fraudulent charges to my account. That bank account has been closed, this storefront and all of its employees should be investigated for credit card theft.

Love the Phone selections! The Staff is very freindly and try very hard to find Solutions to your Cellphone Issues. I would give more Stars but though their Service and Selections are very nice, their Prices are outrageous!

After waiting for one hour and thirty minutes, they told me they didnt have nano sim cards in stock when I was clearly told to come in because they had plenty in stock. I dont recommend this store.
