Every once in a while a store with truly great service rolls into town. This is the case with this Verizon Wireless store in Watertown. Anyone who has ever had to deal with Verizons customer support is probably skeptical. But seriously, everyone should be doing their business at this place. The first time I went there, the owner (Rakesh) helped me. Hes a very hands-on owner, and thats exactly whats missing in so many other businesses. I went back a second time and the Assistant Manager Joseph helped me, and he was fantastic also. My brother was so impressed that he brought his daughter in from New York to buy an iPhone there, and even though they didnt have what my niece wanted, Rakesh and another sales associate named Manny went far beyond the call of duty to track down that iPhone. My brother agreed that hes never seen such excellent customer service. Today I went in again and was helped by another person named Teo. And again, just top-notch service. This is what happens when you have a business thats truly customer-oriented. If youve ever had a bad experience at a Verizon Wireless store, youve got to check out this place.

Convenient location, friendly staff, always ready to help. One time I purchased my new phone from the "I M Wireless" Watertown store. After two weeks I started having problem with my new phone. I immediately called them and they told me to come. Once I went there, one of the professional representative looked at it and found the problem and gave me new phone because it was within the warranty. Once I had billing issue. The bill was coming too high. When I found out that I am paying too much, I called them and complained. They looked at my account and within two hours they found the mistake and fixed the problem. Not only that they refunded the balance I was charged too high amount the month before from my bill. Since then I have no issues on my monthly bill. I am very happy with their services they provide for me. I referred their name to many of my friends because of their efficient, professional and knowledgeable staff.

The first cell phone I purchased from Verizon IM Wireless in Watertown, turned out to be Galaxy Note 7, before the design flaw was discovered. The management and employees of the store were very understanding and went out of their way to offer me many choices to replace the now discontinued phone. When I replaced it with an IPHONE, the technical people there spend as much time as needed to transfer the contents and to explain the new phone to me. They followed up afterwards with calls to check if everything was to my satisfaction. It was. Highly, highly recommend it.

Exceptional service and very professional during the entire process - no pressure, just honest facts. They spend lot of time to understand our usage and current plan and then suggested the best plan and best phones that would suit our needs, usage and one that would save us money. We have been purchasing our phones from IMWIRELESS for more than a decade and our recent experience at this new Watertown, MA store has been the best ever. We love this store as it is at a very convenient location and offer great service. We bought new phones from them and were having issues submitting the rebate online. We even called Verizon help line and rebate center. Both were unable to resolve our issue. However with the help of this IM Wireless store, we were able to submit our rebate successfully! Thanks to the very knowledgable, helpful and professional staff. We highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for hands on, great and courteous service.

The best. Andrew was able to quickly fix a big problem with my new phone. I had a second hand iPhone that I switched from AT&T to Verizon. After activating it at a different store, I was unable to send text messages. I went to two other Verizon stores, and the people were very dismissive and told me to call Apple. From my own research I knew there was a problem with the SIM card but nobody would help me. Andrew immediately knew what to do and now my phone works great.

I really appreciated the helpful service from Andrew and Company. My original phone is backordered for 2 months, so they kindly lent me a loaner to get my feet wet with the new-to-me Android technology. I first went to the Verizon store at the Arsenal Mall and they acted as though I was putting them out by walking in on them just sitting there. Andrew was a breath of fresh air in stagnant Boston. Thanks again!

Joseph helped me upgrade my phone, transfer everything from my old phone, apply a liquid screen protector, and set up my phone case. He helped me with some great deals that allowed me to add a lot of extra accessories, and he made sure to familiarize me with all of the options around the store. Everyone was very professional and helpful, and I would definitely come back to this store again.

Really nice people, no pressure or upselling. I made the change I requested in my plan and was in/out in five minutes. I noticed that this was a team of people that actually seemed to like working together and liked their jobs. Excellent experience I had Sprint and switched to Verizon. The Assistant Manager Andrew Fung was excellent. He went above and beyond to break down the bill for me and took the time to find the best plan that fit my needs. Verizon is lucky to have such a friendly employee. Andrew Fung was great to deal with. He didnt pressure me into buying a higher priced phone, and explained everything about the new phone to me and my dad. There was no wait time on a Friday evening and I was in and out with a new Samsung phone in no time. Also Andrew did a great job transferring over my apps, contacts...etc.
