This rating is not for PetSmart but for Banfield the vet that operates out of this location. Do yourself a favor and go to another vet my two experiences with Banfield where unpleasant to say the least! My last experience, I received a quote over the phone for surgery my dog needed it came in at $450 which was comparable to other vets. So I drove 50mins to Aurora, when I dropped my dog off Banfield changed the quote from $450 to $750! Sorry for the lack of back story but if I explained the entire day it would take up a whole page! Needless to say I did not go through with the surgery and was extremely disappointed that the vet who was suppose to perform the surgery would not even take a second to speak with me on the phone or when I came back to pick up my dog. To tell you the truth I never even knew who the vet was that was going perform my dogs surgery or his or her credentials (another red flag)! When it comes to my pet and what vet I choose I like to hear other peoples experiences, after my experience Banfield is not the vet you want to take your pet to! I compare them to the puppy mill of vets, get them in and get them out type treatment, mass production creates mass profits!

Ive gone there a couple times in the past two weeks to see if the ball python I want is still there and still friendly and the workers there are super kind (except for the register lady) and the guy who handled the animals yesterday when I went was super helpful to my mom, who was the only one that needed convincing to get one. He was also very knowledgeable about his animals he was taking care of and was very reasonable when she was asking if they bit and stuff by saying "They can but chances are they wont and if they did it would be because they feel threatened. Other than that though theyre very chill and docile and it doesnt even hurt if they do nip you because they have very small teeth that 90% of the time dont break skin." And he was overall wonderful. I would definitely go back and get more reptiles and animals from them!

I have been taking my golden retriever here since we got her 3 years ago. She is very healthy and we have absolutely no complaints. The Banfield vets have been great and they are really gentle with her when they take her back (she gets very nervous going there as most dogs do going to the vet.) The groomers are decent, too. I take her there every other month or so to get her nails clipped. They also have a great puppy class that I highly recommend. We learned a few crucial commands at about 6 months that are still working well today.

I took my two beloved lab rescues here for shots and a check up. The DVM was extremely impatient with the one who was frightened. He did not seem to care the least about the animal. When I asked about the need for each shot, he spoke to me in a "baby" voice, which was extremely offensive. There is no way that I would return to this place or recommend it to others. True care at a lower cost is readily available elsewhere.

Made 5:30 appt. Arrived at 5:20 to be told VERY rudely that I was late should have been there at 5. Not a table available all groomers were busy. She then told me I would have to.eait until.someone became available. She was curt and rude. Did not feel my dig would have been treated very nicely since I wasnt. Told her not to worry about and left will not go back.

will never shop here again. i bought a rat they said she was treated for respiratory and was off her meds for a week. i had to take her to the vet the next day she still had it and needed more meds so obviously she was not ready to be sold and they do not know how to care of animals. So a $10 pet cost me $60.

The staff is always amazing in the store and very helpful. Kristian groomed my 9 year old spoiled dog today and did an AMAZING job. Even my husband came home from work and said that was one of the grooms that he has have seen on our dog.

I went with my son to pick up his dog after a haircut and she looked horrible. They hacked her hair and said it was the best they could do. The manager was rude and impatient with us and mean to a dog she was grooming.

One visit here and my water-loving dog became fearful of water and terrified of bath time. Ill never return for dog grooming services. I cant imagine what they did to my labradoodle to make him like this.

Poor service. I wanted to purchase Koi and they only had 4 thats it. When I asked if I could come back for the 2 free of the buy 4 fish get 2 free, I was told no.
