This concerns the Jesup, Ga. store. I have been buying Diamond large breed puppy lamb and rice dog food in the 20# bag for two months at the Jesup store. I went in today for that and other dog food and all they had in the puppy food was 50# bags (tooooo much for one puppy). The worker said they quit carrying the 20# size so I put $50.00 worth of merchandise back on the shelf and left. This is the second time in recent months that Tractor Supply has quit carrying dog food that I use. Are they turning into Walmart? I will look elsewhere for my supplies.

Every time I go into this store they are never helpful or knowledgeable about their own products. They do not know where to find them and even when I have pointed them in the right direction on the phone, they looks right over the product I am asking about. I put in a rain check a product back in January and they still do not have the product in! This store is unclean and understaffed like many Tractor Supplys I have been too. Something needs to be fixed ASAP! I will never go back to this store location!

I was shopping and this young man working there helped me find the stuff I needed and he was very helpful and sweet as I was walking to check out a woman yelled Ive already closed the registers and locked the doors the guy that helped me told her I was in there she made me leave with out my stuff and it was for my wounded horse that needed the stuff and the bad part is it was the manager that did this so I hope she gets fired it was Wednesday 7-27-16 I nor my family will be back at this store!!

Ive been a Tractor Supply customer for five years. Todays experience was perfect, as always. Our dogs have grown up on the house brand 4Health dog food, an excellent value. All manner of feed and supplies for domestic pets and livestock, and one stop shopping for yard , country land and farm. Top notch, helpful staff and great hours seven days a week.
