I love the alternative /natural foods, products, and treatments offered here. The proprietor has first hand knowledge of every single product in the store. One of the best shopping experience Ive ever had anywhere and when you take that into consideration that this is a specialty store for pet needs the value and rarity increases exponentially. The shop owner is probably the most knowledgeable person regarding animal nutrition Ive ever come across (YouTube included). If you live within 15 miles of this place and you have a pet in your family youre missing out on an amazing asset and resource if youre not visiting at least once a month. As a WG native I implore all my neighbors in WG & Ocoee to check out this shop. We are lucky to have Roger & Le Pup. An operation of this caliber could have set up shop in WP or Windermere & catered to the deeper pocket demographics in those areas but they chose us instead. I want to make sure that we support this outstanding local merchant.

Best groomer in all of Orlando! Fast, Friendly, and super awesome owner! Always willing to go the extra mile and extremely good care giver to the animals. Clean facilities, friendly staff, and professional storefront! Its a really nice place, and i love supporting local small business!!! This place earned a 5 star in my book, and i know i wont be going anywhere else for my dog food (which is healthy and they even offer fresh food for cats!!) I even asked about alternate foods, therapy for my animals and diet recommendations which the owner Mr Roger explained to me in detail my options. Most stores just point at a product but this business really cares. Its clear that this is a passionate business for passionate pet owners!! Finally!

I bought my Miniture Schnauzer here after making countless visits to find a dog and hes such a great dog! The owner was super nice and very informative, he let me know about how much work were in one breed opposed to the others that I was looking for (more expensive breeds). He taught my girlfriend and I how to potty train and basic training tips, and he cuts my dogs nails and cleans his hair for free, which is pretty sweet! I am planning on being an even more frequent customer frequent customer. He takes great care of his animals and gives you tips for health. I REALLY recommend getting a puppy from here, its healthy, he helps you care for it, and hes cheaper than other places, and you get a 10% discount on food. AWESOME.

what can I say about LE PUP ABSOLUTLY WONDERFUL!!!!! The owner (Roger) is a very pet friendly person his first and foremost concern is your familys well being, never trying to up sale you and he wants to keep your pet healthy as well as save you money!!!! how GREAT is that? Grooming LE PUP has had grooming services for sometime and they have recently brought on board for pet care services a wonderful young lady named LIZ, her first priority is the health safety and well being of your family as well, the best groomer every, these services are so much better than they have ever been before!! obviously I am well please with LE PUP.

My mom was a softie for pets, so I grew up with tons of them. But I have never experienced such a caring and wonderful pet store as LePup. My border collie is high energy and Roger takes her like shes nothing. He helped me find the best food for her lifestyle, the best way to treat her anxiety, and has gotten me in contact with some amazing people to help us with our fur baby. He has amazing quality foods, treats, and supplies, and you will never meet a nicer owner. Just have to say what a fabulous pet shop. The owner Rodger is so well informed on questions i ask being a new pet owner...the time he takes to help you and guide you in the right direction to help you raise a health and friendly dog...my husband bought my little Sofia from him last christmas for me, and i was new to this...and Rodger has helped me so much....and the grooming is fantastic....i dont go anywhere else....very very very happy here

Best Dog Groomers around. I take my girl Bella there once a month, and any time I need advice on anything I look to the owner Roger. He is also a vet himself, and will always take the time to go over anything youre concerned with for free. Several times he has saved me from having to go to the vet, and my girl loves him! He also has some beautiful pups himself. On occasion he brings them up from his home. Cute little buggers!

The owner is an awesome guy and has great knowledge. He asks about my pet dog everytime I visit and always takes great care of me. The store is always in great shape, clean, and easy to find products. I love the fact it has good stuff rather than the gimic products most big box stores have. You feel comfortable walking in and confident in your purchase walking out. Highly recommend.

I love this place and so does my Dog Bear. He whimpers in joy and anticipation when I say we are going to Le Pup. Roger and his grooming staff are wonderful. Always give Bear the perfect attention and excellent cut. I also purchase the best food Bear has ever had here... Acana. When I started Bear on the Acana, his digestive system improved.

They took very good care of our babies. Sent them out to us with cute bandannas, last time I think it was a bow. They smell so good after their baths, nails trimmed perfectly and their haircuts are too cute! Our babies love their little treats they have in store too, very wide selection of treats, food and even other necessities for them.

Walked into this place on a whim and I am happy I did. Roger is a great guy with a ton of knowledge to share about pets and pet health. There is a cool cat that hangs out and was quick to great us. They carry Fromm pet foods which are premium for a reason. You simply will not find better pet food. They also groom! Great little place.

The staff is friendly and will go above and beyond to meet whatever pet needs you have. Great pet store and great people. Stay away from big box and support local, caring business.
