This Is the Place to make your purchase from, hands down !!! Heres my story. I am a 48 year old first time rider, who has been driving and buying cars for over 30 years, I have enough experience to know a "slimey salesperson" from a honest trustworthy salesperson, this place is the real deal ! They truly are here to make you happy with NO PRESSURE at all and on top of that they were patient, knowledgable and friendly. I had shopped around for the bike I was looking for and did my due diligence, I finally called CrossBay and spoke to Mike C., after hearing from many that this was the only place to buy my bike from. Mike C. took the time on the phone to discuss numbers and didnt brush me off the way several other dealers did on the phone. I went down the next day, met Mike, and the awesome numbers he gave me on the phone were exactly what I bought my bike for. There were no games, no bait and switch bs and he spent at least 90 mins talking with me before I even signed the contract to buy. I was torn between 2 different bikes, both same in cost. Mike didnt push me one way or another between the 2 bikes and told me to decide what seems to work best for me. I picked my bike. He really did care about making me happy and at the same time made sure as a first time rider I was getting the appropriate bike for my experience and didnt for a second try to "up-sell " me at all. He did what I like to say, " let me buy and didnt try to sell me," again no pushy sales tactics whatsoever!! After we got to the numbers, I met Sal, the owner of the business. Sal was a gentleman and gave me a few extras perks as a way of saying thank you for your business (a beautiful modular helmut). I went home and that night I realized I wanted to switch my order to the 2nd of my 2 choices of bikes. I was a bit concerned that I would not be able to switch, I called first thing Monday a.m. Got Mike on the phone, explained what happened and that I wanted to switch, he assured me it shouldnt be an issue, went to speak to Sal and called me 5 minutes later saying it would be no problem to switch bikes. These guys ROCK !!! Lastly, on delivery I met with Jerry, the finance manager and again another pleasurable experience, he took his time to go over the contract and there was no hidden fees or any up selling that you often find with other dealerships. Working with Mike C., Sal and Jerry was one of the easiest transactions Ive had in many many years. Thanks Guys for a great sales experience and and my new bike. For sure you have my business for years to come. Kindly, Hal F. Addendum-------Follow up----- This is THE ONLY PLACE TO BUY YOUR BIKE !!! In July I purchased a Yamaha VStar 650 brand-new bike it was my first bike and I was hesitant about purchasing something bigger. I dealt with Mike C. and Sal. They were amazing to deal with and made my transaction smooth, simple and easy !! Besides giving everything as promised they also ga e me a very huge discount off of the suggested retail price. After riding my 650 for a month I realized I shouldve bought a bigger bike so I called and spoke to Mike C. They ended up buying back my original bike for full price with 550 miles on it and I am now a proud owner of a Yamaha VStar 950. These guys are amazing and they will work with you to make you as happy as you can be !!! Again, this is the only place to buy a bike from And I will continue to do business with these guys for as long as I am riding. Thank you Mike C and Sal, you guys rock!! Hal F- NYC

Ive purchased two bikes from this shop, with absolutely no problems whatsoever. I dealt mostly with Sal, who gave me a fair price for my trade-in and a satisfactory discount on the new bike. The service department has a new guy named Curtis who is great! A polite, professional, very helpful gentleman. He comes across more like a Lexus or Mercedes serviceman than the excellent bike guy he is. Anthony is also very polite and accommodating. All the work performed on my bike has been top-notch. Of course all bike and car dealership mechanic costs are enormously expensive, but Cross Bay is comparable to every dealership Ive encountered. I give this shop a big thumbs up. Theyve always treated me well, and the service department has taken a step forward in customer service. UPDATE: Curtis has left Crossbay Honda. A great loss indeed. Hopefully the service remains as good as it was during his tenure. Well see... UPDATE: Joe is now in charge of the Service Department, and I must say...the service has not decreased a bit! Joe is patient, helpful and personable. He and Anthony make a good team. And my bro Jimmy is also back in sales. As a result, Ive upped my review to 5-stars and highly recommend Crossbay Honda for your biker needs.

Let me start by saying that every other dealership I went to between NY and Ct where always trying to scam me one way or the other... When I went to Crossbay I had the mindset that they will try to take my bike in for penny and up sell me the motorcycle I wanted. Well it went something like that.... Mike greeted me and we started chatting, he is really knowledgeable and from the 1st moment he made me feel like family, after we spoke about me trading in my bike for another one he went to speak with Sal his manager. He came back with a great offer, tbh I was not expecting. Although I had a lot of questions since Im dumb when it comes to apes and such Sal took the time to explain to me. After all was said and done I traded in my bike and got my new one I had a problem with my insurance... the idiot on the phone was a nasty individual and wasted about 3 hours of my time because " he could not find the vin" thus he could not insure my bike till Monday... Sal and Mike again came through and suggested an insurance broker who had everything on point in less than 10 minutes... Allstate can go suck one... I want to say a big thank you to Mike and Sal for making me feel like family and making everything so easy and painless!

This was my third bike from Sal. Unlike the previous two bikes, this time I purchased a used 2014 BMW with a few hundred miles. Unlike before, this time the experience was rather harsh, but quite valuable none the less. After picking up the bike and heading towards White Plains, the fuel pump decided to start acting up, and caused the bike to shut down halfway on I-95. Within a few hours, the dealer sent a pickup truck, picked me up, dropped me home, and took the bike back to the dealership. The next day I asked and them to have the bike delivered to a BMW dealer of my choice in CT. No fuss, just do what the customer wants. And that is when the BMW dealer told me that the fuel pump was giving error codes. The bike came with a three year warranty, so that is neither an issue, nor news to me. The pump got replaced, and I saved a trip to the dealer to perform a routine service and other things. What really mattered in the end, is that unbeknownst to the above issue, Sal and his crew took care of the problem and got me home safe that day. You cant put a price on that! Thank you Jerry the salesman, Joe the driver, and Sal the you know what :)
