My family goes through a lot of sporting goods, so I have become intimately familiar with many of the stores in the Falls area. I can say that Play It Again Sports is the best of them hands down. They have a friendly and knowledgeable staff as well as a great selection of equipment for all of the major sports. The store is characterized by competitive pricing on their new equipment as well as unbeatable prices on their used equipment. Im sure many of you out their have kids and are paying a small fortune for new equipment as they outgrow their stuff every year. I was just like that until I found Play It Again. You can trade last years equipment for name brand gear that fits for this year. Its a fantastic deal. As to the staff, they are friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and willing to spend a lot of time with their customers to make sure you get the gear you need at a great price. Id like to thank the staff for their outstanding service and urge them to keep it up, that is what truly sets this store apart from the Dicks of the world.

Went in with my 4yr old son. We were looking for soccer equipment. When we found the section in the store the employee came to ask us if we needed help. I said yes my son is starting soccer and we are here to get all the supplies for him. The employees first response was "I never played soccer so I dont know what he will need." I was tooken back by that response since he works in a sports store! I said OK and started shuffling thru the dirty items that werent even wiped down before reselling. The employee walked away and never checked on us again. Walked out with nothing. Needless to say very disappointed...I have two boys that are starting sports for the first time and I unfortunately wont be back, will not telling fellow mothers to go here. Disappointed.

Great store and staff. Was immediately greeted and asked if my 9 year old son and I needed help. Its my sons first time playing baseball so we needed all supplies. The guy helped us find the right bat, helped fit him for a glove, helmet, chin strap and a bag. We got a brand new bat and glove too. Saved a lot of money. Also answered some equipment questions for Lacrosse for my daughter. Very good experience. Will go again.

Decent staff although they often seem less than enthusiastic to be at their job. The equipment is mostly good but, just because of the nature of a used sports store, it is hit or miss at times as to wether or not theyll have what youre looking for. Personally I am a fan of the cheap golf balls (23¢) and often get a handful to take out and practice my drives.

We showed up 15 minuets after closing and the man let us in to find a softball glove for my daughter. He even helped me get my new glove! Thanks Play it again! You have earned a life time customer!

What a great way to start my son off at sports by being able to buy new and used stuff. The worker helped us from the door until we left. He even helped size my sons shoes.
