I was a loyal customer especially at the chapel hill branch. I went in the store one day to purchase shoes for my son. I dropped my card and when I went to go pick it up (cashier was looking right at me) but it popped out my hand (had on nails) and slid under the desk. I told the cashier what happened when I went to pick it up she called the so called manager BILLY and he came up there she said my card went under the desk and the first thing he did was look at me like I was dumb and took his card out to see if I was lying and put his card down there to see if his would go under there...(AND IT WOULDNT BECAUSE HE DIDNT PLACE HIS CARD WHERE MINES HAD SLIPPED) He stood up and said see your card wouldnt even fit under there with a crazy face and walked away. Not how can I help let me see if I can get it or anything. He just wanted to prove to me I was wrong. So I took out my other card where I was actually standing and showed his how easy it had went under the desk I said see he just looked at me and walked away. So I just took a deep breath trying not to think about how rude these people are how much they just embarrassed me in front of the other customers I just tried to go ahead and pay with my card that had a chip in it for the past 20 times Ive purchased shoes from there and it never goes through so theyve always did it manually. It would take my chip like normal for 2 times and the girl at the desk said she couldnt do it any more its a policy. Im like when she just stared at me and called BILLY back over and said her card didnt go through twice he just blurted out we cant run it again its our policy and walked away. She smirked at me took the shoes and walked away from me didnt say another word and started helping other people still smirking. I called customer service as I walked out the door it was a Saturday and they didnt open till Monday so after they gave me the run around I ended up with a voicemail that said they will get back with me within 24hrs and it is now almost 3weeks later.......so you do the math....no star from me but in order to post you have to put one.

Great store, its the only store I purchase my shoes from, they never let me down and if you go there you should request Danny or the assistant manager to help you they are great guys and love theyre jobs
