Hi, I bought a RC390 and wanted to order some parts. Ran across this website and ordered a race belly pan and a racing tail. After that started to read some reviews and got a little nervous, I called two days after and Mike (sales manager) told me everything had already shipped, 5 minutes after He emailed the FedEx tracking number and everything was at my house 4 days later in perfect condition. Then Needed a bracket for my Akrapovic exhaust system, nobody had it, ordered through AOMC again and 2 days later it was at my door (priority mail). I have only had excellent experience with these guys, unfortunately I cant say the same about my local KTM dealer who sold me a decal set with half of them and Ive dealing with them for 2 weeks now, (and they are a KTM dealer) Lets be honest, KTM is not Yamaha or Honda, finding parts is hard. I spent 20 minutes with Mike from AOMC and He went step by step to inform me 100% what was include it in the decal kit and whats not. I would buy from these guys without even hesitating a bit!!

I would give a 5 but my initial experience had me a little annoyed. I ordered 2 parts, a tail light kit and a skid plate. At first, I sent 6 emails and only got 1 reply, and they took about 7 days to even ship my tail light out. HOWEVER! I called and spoke to a representative and he assured me my order would be sent out that day. Not only did they send my order that day, but to make up for lost time, they sent my order on FedEx overnight priority on their cost, and my tail light was dropped off the very next day. My skid plate arrived the day after. At first I wasnt happy, but every great business has a little hiccup every so often. I would do business with them again, and I would highly recommend them. Their parts fit perfectly and they are of great quality. Overall very happy with choosing them to order from. Thank you AOMC!

I payed for USPS priority mail and didnt receive my package for over a week, when i called Appalachian Offroad MC they told me the had shipped it priority but when i confirmed the date with them it wasnt actually shipped until five days later, then the refused to refund my priority mailing cost. They also told me that they do not keep certain products in the warehouse and that if they didnt have it in stock they send an email saying your item is on back order, which sounds great but I never received any email saying so and she told me my order was not on back order but gave no explanation to why my item wasnt shipped for five days? Customer service for Appalachian Offroad MC is very poor and I wont be shopping with them again.

Was in desperate need of a tire for a upcoming WEXCR race that they Sponsor told them what i needed and they acted like they didnt care. And said that no one could help me until Monday I even told them i was a racer for WEXCR and i needed a tire really bad, there reaction was they just didnt care. Took my business to Mr Holeshots in Poca. I got excellent service and only took 10 mins to put on a new tire and they even gave me a discount. Its pretty sad Considering AOMC is supposed to be the main sponsor and they cant even help the riders out. I will take my business somewhere else that provides good service like Mr Holeshots does.

Horrible experience. These guys couldnt tell me when or if my order would arrive in time for a race. Tried cancelling the order, but they dont allow you to cancel an order they cant deliver. Interesting...Tried just paying the restocking fee to be done with them, and even me telling them I had no issue with that was difficult. Stick to the big names if you want certainty and a great experience. They dont know if they are coming or going .

Horrible service. Web shows parts in Stock which really arent. Emails go unanswered. When you call the product is shipping the next day, but it never arrives. Even worse if you want to cancel they want 20 percent. I will never buy anything from this business again. I also love how the owner disagrees with one to two posts, but is silent on all of these others. Obviously they agree. Careful of winning arguements and losing customers.

I ordered a and received it very quick the Jacket that didnt fit. AOMC was kind enough to exchange. I shipped the jacket back to AOMC. After 3 weeks no response about exchange and the returns status was never updated. Ended up starting a claim with paypal. I was refunded. I would purchase hard parts from them in the future but anyting that could possibly need to be returned I would not.

Have been waiting 22 days now still have not shipped my 35$ fuel fitting that I payed 50$ for them to ship very shady and can not get a hold of them most of the time, anyone in Canada do not buy from these guys there a bunch of crooks.
