I love this store dont get me wrong. However, today, I would not have been able to purchase all of my items because I was (1) one cent short! I walked back to my car to retrieve change of 5 cents to complete the transaction! Kimberlee, the cashiers response was that she wanted to keep her job. I spent over $50 and she was hung up over 1 cent. Who does that! This store will not see "a cent" from me!!

Ordered online received a banquet. It was not in its best condition they went above n beyond to locate another one. This item was sold out everywhere. Thank you Ed! Ed has customer service skills I hadnt seen in ages, it was very refreshing. Pier 1 showed appreciation towards their customers.

I love the store...but... Staff was unfriendly. They helped me but I didnt really feel comfortable. Maybe because there were local shoppers who visit there more often were there..? Found what I was looking for though..
