I have never been so appalled by the lack of customer service. We walked by an employee 3 times and he neglected to welcome us each time. Someone else walked in and he asked if they had any questions. When he finally asked if we had any questions we said no thanks youve ignored us thus far so there is so need. He said "there is no need to be smart about it". If any of our employees ever said that to another customer they would be terminated immediately. The manager even defended the employee. An apologize wouldnt even be close to justifying the experience we had. This store should be shut down. You should be ashamed.

I had a very good experience at Mega Furniture Store ... Sales person devoted his time to us. He wrote up the items we wanted and explained everything. We ended up purchasing a dining table with 6 chairs, living room set, coffee table and matching end table. Will definitely go back to purchase an arm chair. While totaling and reviewing each of the items on the bill, cashier noticed a discrepancy and immediately fixed it. The selection of furniture is outstanding and the customer service is top notch. Thanks to Mega Store

Really dissatisfied with their warehouse practices. They only give you 5 hrs of the day and 5 days of the week to pick up your purchase and its at times most people are at work. Warehouse people are rude too. It seems to me they do it to almost make you take their $100 delivery. Its a really messed up way to do business.

My parents bought two twin sized beds at this location and they are so frail and weak. We had them since about April and both bed boards snapped. They dont have good quality beds. The wood on the beds feel so cheap and like I said, The beds are so weak. Never ever going to buy from this location again.

Its horrible these people try ripping you off and charging you more , they feed off young inexperienced people who need furniture. They tried tricking us into thinking a tv chest and nana night stand were the same thing ...clearly they werent one was cheaper
