I am EXTREMELY unhappy with Mattress Firm!! We were supposed to have our mattress delivered between 4-7 p.m today. At 7:00 this evening my husband had to call to find out why we hadnt heard from anyone regarding our delivery. It then was brought to our attention that the truck had broken down and they had to go back to their warehouse to pick up our items with a different truck. Veronica had promised that we would have our mattress by 9p.m. Here I sit writing this review at 9:30 still with no mattress. Their customer service (open until 11 p.m CST) says they have someone online to speak with or you can call their phone number, both give you the run around & you cannot speak with anyone! I am very unhappy as I was expecting a new mattress today & have not had any phone calls from the store or the drivers to explain the circumstances!! Extremely poor customer service both on the stores end & the delivery end. I was expecting the "Red Carpet Delivery Guarantee" but I will be going into the store first thing to speak with a Manager & will be calling the corporate office as well again!

I had an issue with the electric massager on my bed frame. The woman who helped us with our purchase, Veronica, made sure everything was taken care of immediately and got the problem resolved with no headaches. We didnt receive our bed covers with our sheets in the mail and she had a set ready for me to pick up as soon as I called. So even though there were some small problems, it was important how they were resolved and the company and employee were great in fixing any issues.

Loved working with these guys! Was skeptical at first but glad I stopped in! Id been to other big name stores to shop around and Mattress Firm had much better prices and better financing! Veronica was easy to work with, not pushy on sales or choosing one. She was awesome and provided excellent service. I ended up with a great deal and finally a mattress I like. Thank you!

At first I was worried about buy a new bed and the price would be way out of my range. But Veronica helped me and she was amazing! She helped me to be able to afford a new bed and get it home as well. I over all loved my experience! I am very happy and had a wonderful nights sleep for the first time in months!! The shopping experience was amazing. The representative took the time to show us many options and did everything in her power to help us get into a great bed with no pressure. I was a little skeptical at first walking in as I dont like to feel pressured but this was a very non-pressured and stress free experience.

We came into the Tooele Mattress firm to upgrade from a queen to a king, and from a spring to a memory foam. Veronica was our sales woman and she was very knowledgeable and thorough. We got an AMAZING deal on a great mattress and cant wait to get it home!!
