I can relate with everyone who has written a review on here. We paid cash for our bedroom furniture over 8 weeks ago. We asked if they could hold our furniture for a few weeks as we were moving into our new home and didnt have a signing date yet. They stated no problem, just call 24 hrs in advance and they would deliver the furniture. I called on a Tuesday to have it delivered on the following Sat. and was told no problem it would be there. I received a call from the warehouse that Friday verifying our address. Later that evening around 8:00 I received a call from Nicholas stating that we would not be receiving our furniture until the next Thurs. I stated that was unacceptable that we had to sleep on the floor the night before. He said he would check into it and call us right back..it took hrs. for a return call. He stated that they could not deliver that the only thin in stock was the bed. I told him if we didnt receive at least the bed that they could refund us in full and we would go somewhere else. I was promised the rest by the next Thurs. On Monday I received a call stating they were going to deliver it on Tues. and the number to call to confirm. When I tried calling to let them know that no one would be home on Tuesday they were already closed. I called again on Tuesday to let them know and it stated the warehouse was closed, I left a message not to deliver. At 4:30 that afternoon I received a call saying they would be there in about a half hour. I told them that no one was home that we were working. The person didnt speak English and kept repeating he was delivering. I finally said not today it would have to be Wed. or Thurs. No phone calls back from anyone and no furniture. I have called Mega furniture no less than 10 times to try to get our furniture. I was told by Nicholas to contact the warehouse myself. I told him that I was not in a contract with the warehouse but with Mega furniture. He stated "well they tried to deliver it already" EXCUSE ME!!!! I am sorry that I have to work but maybe they should have someone who speaks English to call and set up a time for delivery and maybe if they would deliver on the day they say they are going to would be helpful. Over a week of waiting and still no furniture. I might also add that we were told to call the warehouse and speak with Bobby but that does no good because we left 3 messages for Bobby to call. As of yet I have still not spoken to him. The only thing good about Mega was our salesperson. Unfortunately she should try to find a different store to work at as the word will definitely get out about this store. We have posted bad reviews on their facebook and I have contacted 5 on your side to look into it. If we do not receive our furniture by Monday then I am contacting the attorney generals office. Something definitely stinks here, as I have read from all the other reviews. I wish I would have read them prior to purchasing, as I would not have even gone to their store.

All I can say is, extremely disappointed with my experience with Mega Furniture. Ive had a very similar experience to Sarah Jones. Please read this before considering buying furniture from them. Terrible business model. By the way, Ive found Mega Furniture to be so contradictory that Ive provided part of their business strategy for youre entertainment. "As a business strategy we believe in providing instant service to the customer which is a challenging task in the furniture business. We stock all the items that are on the display in the stores and does same day delivery .To facilitate this strategy we moved to the new 80,000 sq. ft. warehouse. This warehouse is greatly helping in the streamline product distribution to the customers and the stores. This facility will strategically position to handle the growth story in the next several years." Well heres a recap of my experience, which Ive been greatly disappointed with. I went into their Goodyear location and was greeted by a nice gentleman named Billy and he was very helpful. I wasnt planning on purchasing anything right away, they were just the first stop of many on my search for a nice set of living room furniture. I found something my wife and I liked and we went through a purchased it. I was hoping to have it delivered in the next week (purchased on 1/3/14). I found out it was "expected" to be delivered on 1/18/14. Ok, I guess I have to wait about 2 weeks. Fine. Heres the thing, if youre spending thousands of dollars on furniture and you plan to have that day off to accommodate their vast range of delivery times and NO ONE CALLS YOU TO TELL YOU YOUR FURNITURE IS BACK ORDERED! You might be a little frustrated. Needless to say, without my persistent attitude, I would be still in the dark about my furniture. Its now been 3 weeks and I wont see it for a minimum of 1 more week. LAST TIME I EVER BUY FROM HERE. Watch out Mega Furniture word of mouth is a underrated form of advertising.

Nothing but bullshit from this place. They took 6 weeks to get my couches when I was told 3-4 and I live an OVER an hour away from the warehouse, so when I FIRST went in to even look at couches the first thing I asked BEFORE purchasing anything was how long I have to pick them up so I know if Ill be able to or not. I wouldnt be able to do a next day pick up sort of thing, anyway, they told me since I live so far away they wouldnt rush and I could go whenever I had time. I called on Wednesday of week six And they told me they were ready so I asked again (just to be sure) how long do I have to pick them up, AND THEY SAID, "anyday besides Sunday and Tuesday". I thought ok Ill go Monday. Well when I get up there I call to see which warehouse to go to and they tell me I CANT PICK UP MY COUCHES . Im infuriated at this point because its now 7 weeks I havent seen my couches and NO ONE let me know about the "stocking day" until I got up there. What pissed me off even more was when I asked for my money back they stil threw a 40% stocking fee at me and didnt even care in the slightest about WHY Im so upset. As in there keeping almost half my money for all the bullshit theyve put me through already!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! The customer rep was really nice but the company itself was terrible and they didnt care at all that I was upset about all this bullshit

Had to drive back because they didnt know how to add. Missed calculated and were short $90, out of good faith I drove back to pay it. Upon receiving the warranty information I read that I was supposed to get a cleaner that came with the furniture, but i never received such cleaner. I called them about the so called cleaner (didnt answer the 2 times I called, but did when their warehouse transferred me), and asked for them to ship it to me since it is an hour drive for me each way to the store. They rudely declined and told me that they arent a shipping store, and it comes in a box that cant be shipped. No matter what I said or explained they still refuse to ship it to my house out of good faith and business practices. They stated that they do not support the warranty even though they sell it because it is a different company that takes care of that (How can a company sell a product that they will not support or honor?). I asked if they support any product they sell, and i was informed that all warranty is through the other said company and not Mega Furniture. So to me they do not honor anything they sell, and sounds more like FALSE advertisement. No matter what I said or explained, they refuse to help me and I was told to come to the store and get it myself. Buyers beware of this place AND MAKE SURE THEIR CALCULATIONS ARE CORRECT.
