Well where do I start. I bought a bunk bed on 6/2 and they said it could be delivered 6/10. The bed came on 6/10, but when the delivery guys brought ALL the pieces in the bedroom they said they are missing the hardware and could not assemble it and would have to come back a few days later when they get the hardware from the warehouse and assemble it. When they did return they ended up finding the hardware in one of the drawers they already delivered. Guess its too much trouble to look first. When I came home from work that night I noticed a long crack running along the side of the bed. After inspecting the bed a little closer I also noticed several pieces of the hardware screwed in about 1/4 in. past the face of the boards. It was where these screws were countersunk that cracks appeared alongside. There was even a hex wrench for the larger bolts, meaning that they should have been hand tightened, but most likely used by a drill as doing it by hand would not make it go into the wood a 1/4". It just looked like they rushed to get it put together with no regard for quality, going by the instructions, or using the correct tools. The delivery/assembly was just horrible. They even put in the bed slats with one of the slats cracked in the center. But thats just the start with Ashley. When I called and emailed customer service to address the problem they said that one of their "specialists" would be contacting us back within 48 hours. The following day, someone finally called back to check on how the delivery went, and we explained the problem. They said that they would be contacting us in another 48 hours to schedule an appointment for a "technician" to come out and look at the problem. Are they just stalling at this point so that we give up? After no callback after four days, I went to the store and they said that we would need to go through customer service. At least they were helpful and they re-submitted my claim to customer service saying we should be getting a callback after one day. Three days later I called customer service myself and they told me to take my problem to the store! I am just getting the runaround at this point, so I now went over everyones head and contacted their corporate office. We will see how far this goes. Note to future furniture shoppers, DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST. Look at reviews, talk to friends/family, and most of all, DONT GO TO ASHLEY! I should have went to Wal Mart.

So this is your typical furniture store where you walk in and are hounded by the sales people. I have bought here before and not sure why I went back. We recently bought a dining room set that we liked there and it was the only store that carried something that we wanted. The ordering of the furniture was normal and nothing our of the ordinary. I still paid a lot of money for what I got. It was no cheap little dining room set. On the day of deliver, they came and put the dining room set together. While they guys were putting the set together, we noticed one of the bar stools was damaged and one of the legs for the table were damaged. The guys that installed it let us know that they will mark them and have someone call us to set up a repair. 2 weeks later, still no phone call from them. So we had the pleasure of calling them and setting it up. We set it up for a weekend because they offered and it was convenient for us. It would be two weeks later before someone would show up, which was understandable because their weekends are most busy. During that two week timeframe, they called me asking to reschedule for another time during the week, I would say no and they would call me again to ask for the same. They never showed up and had to reschedule again. We had to call them back and set up the appointment again and the same thing happen, where they would try to change my appointment date. They came, they ordered the parts and that would be another 3-7 weeks, it was closer to 7 weeks. Then, they asked that we put the parts back together. I was offended that I would pay that much money, and I would have to put the furniture together. I scheduled for another rep to come and put it all together and I was glad I did. The tech that put the furniture had a very very very very difficult time putting the bar stools together. He was very nice and did a great job. Over all it was a bit of a hassle to get the furniture fixed and ready to use. The service reps were all very nice, just a hassle to go through the whole thing. The quality of the furniture is not the best and I do not plan on buying from them ever again. The quality is just not there.

I went in for a set of furniture since they have great 14 piece deals. The sales person let me choose furniture without telling me that they were not included in the 14 piece deal. I was very disappointed and dumbfounded when he came in with a balance of around $2000 (the deal was for $1200.00 plus tax and delivery). He told me that a few of the items I had chosen were not in the packet. He should have told me this before I wasted 2 hours choosing furniture that were not even on the packet. He was following me the least he could have said is "no that doesnt belong in the packet, so it will be extra". Fast forward to delivery, when we received our delivery they had sent me the wrong freaking rug. I was furious so I went in there and told them about this and their response was well you can pick it up here or we can deliver it for another 100 dollars. It was extremely furious so I told them that if they didnt take it to my house I would bring the furniture back because I was no at fault they were at fault for entering the wrong code. After a few minutes the sales person told us that he would take it himself to my house as soon as it arrived. Two weeks in and I still havent received the darn rug. Worse nightmare ever shopping at this store. My friend went to the one in Bell Rd and they were great but this one is a nightmare. Stay away

I purchased a leather sleeper-sofa from them. I received delivery just over a week later. But the factory neglected to put the legs in the order. The "techs" told me I wouldnt be able to use the sleeper until the legs were on, which is fine but I would like to at-least check it to see if everything is in working order. I received a call from the store stating they ordered the legs and will fed ex them to me. I got the legs 4 days later and call back to get a "tech" to come out to install them, however, Im told there are no open days for another 20 days! Theyre customer service people dont seem to get the concept that they delivered an incomplete product and was still charged the 80 some odd dollar delivery weekend fee for this. Im told all they could do was put me on a cancellation list in case someone cancels and give me $25 in store credit. What I gathered from this is they already have my money and dont care about their customer now. The only reason I have this 2 stars instead of 1 is the couch portion of the sleeper sofa is comfortable. I have yet to be-able to test the "sleeper" part. I wouldnt purchase from this store again and will never recommend it to friends and co-workers.
