My husband and I purchased a leather couch and chair approximately 1 1/2 years ago. Our sales rep was Kennedy and ensured us the furniture was FULL leather and had us purchase the warranty that covered the furniture for 5 years. Now that I need the warranty, they tell me they wont cover dry rot between the seats. Which by the way is NOT leather! When I spoke with Kennedy and asked for help in resolving the problem, she told me "maybe you spilled something there" or " maybe its how your cleaning it". She absolutely refused to work with us for a resolution. She told me that the warranty did cover if I had a knife in my pocket and sat down and that tore the couch, then it would be fully covered. Really??! She even argued about the price I paid for the furniture. I would not recommend this Goodyear location. Its not about the customer, its about the sale. However, she gave me the name of someone who could fix my couch at my own exspence. She had that name ready to go when she called me. She called already knowing she wasnt going to help us. HORRIBLE customer service! If I could give this store a negative star, I definitely would.
