Absolutely sold a dining room set out from under me. I went to the metro store looking for a certain item. It was discontinued but they called the Scottsdale store. They were to hold the floor model for me until I went there the next day by 5:30. At 5:15 I arrived and the store Manger said they just sold it. He was wrapping it in plastic as I arrived. Obviously no one was in the store or had been there. ...rush hour traffic on a tuesday?!!....the parking lot is a ghost town. I was told Id get it for what was about half price so I guess he either took it for himself or called someone, sold it, and kept the extra money for himself. The store manager lied directly to my face, telling me he took the call but was told to hold it. I was right next to the phone when he was called. There was NO mistake! He was told twice including the very end of the conversation that I, name given, would be in by 5:30. Apparently he did not expect me so early as fast as he was wrapping it up. I highly doubt that is a store manager job-especially when there are no customers and other employees are standing around. I will be talking to the BBB and getting a statement from the employee who initiated the call to this dirtbag and then going corporate on him. I will also be checking this periodically to make sure this has not been erased

We brought a mattress at the store. IT was a terrible mattress. The first one only made it 3 years and broke down. Ashley replaced it. Good right? Wrong. This one is 14 months old and is doing the same thing. We cant sleep and every part of our bodies hurt. Some morning we can barely get out of bed. Went back to store weeks ago. Barb ** helped us, listen to our complaints. She said she would take care of us and she did. Barb was great. She got us back to Courtney who we got the 1st mattress from. A few days later a tech came out to see it. John was very nice and helpful and listen to us. Thank you John. The next morning to my surprise I get a call. Paul calls to tell us they will replace the mattress. Thank you Paul. Asked if we wanted the same thing. No way. Went there last night met with Courtney and she took care of everything. Trying a different mattress brand this time. Everyone at this store was great and very thoughtful and understanding. We buy a lot of furniture from this store and will continue going there. GREAT Job you guys. Keep it up.

Nice sales guy, terrible overall experience. Dont shop here unless you have unlimited patience for delivery. When checking on delivery time for prepaid order, bed and bedroom furniture, I had to call three times over 5 hours (speaking with them each time) just to get a call back with an estimated delivery day! Then, when the day came, all furniture cleared from room in preparation for delivery, I call to check on actual delivery time on a Tues. to which they tell me .. it will NOT be delivered this week. Now I have to move bedroom furniture BACK INTO THE ROOM so the young lad can sleep somewhere tonight and until Mega Furniture can figure out their delivery.... AND they pre-charged me $100 for delivery. Chris, sorry, youre a very nice sales guy but unless the back office can figure out delivery services, your job will remain a difficult one...

My original review was removed. I hate to say this about a business but from our experience DO NOT SHOP HERE. Eric is a terrible store manager and should not be employed by Mega Furniture. We paid $4K for a sectional up front. We were told delivery would be 3 weeks... After 9 weeks, 3 delivery attempts that resulted in no shows and over 30 calls to the store, manager, corporate office, customer service department, etc. Our furniture showed up completely wrong. We refused it. Today, 4 weeks after we refused the furniture we got our first call back from Mega Furniture. Thank goodness we already reported this nightmare to Wells Fargo and they saved us. Got all our money back + interest. Thank you Wells Fargo!!!

We ordered a piece of furniture and at first they promised they would deliver it wednesday. On Wednesday, the delivery person said it is not on the truck and we are scheduled for sat. We would never schedule a delivery for sat as we are out all weekend. she said we can get it friday. On Friday, we got the delivery but it was all scratched and dented. IT WAS A FLOOR MODEL!! We sent it back and now fighting with them for a refund. I WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN

I bought a loveseat from them. The sales and delivery experience were great. Price was extremely reasonable. But when a part broke (only 9 months later), I could not get any of their service folk to return my calls or emails. I informed them I know its out of warranty, but Im fine with paying to get it fixed. Called 3 times, emailed 3 times. This company has great buys, but does NOT stand behind their merchandise. Buyer beware!

Worst customer service ever! I should have looked at the reviews befor going there. If your approached by a very tall older white male with white hair Run! He is the epitome of a used car salesman! Instead of listing to my needs or asking relevent questions he choose to be completely unprofessional. We ended up walking out and taking our business elsewhere. This is not the shopping experiance anyone is looking for!

This place took me for $1,800.. I will never go back and will tell people to stay clear.. cheap quality and if your stuff breaks after a few months, good luck..they wont help you..even bought a 5 year warranty, which they said I couldnt use..wow..no ethics or morals here, once they got your money, thats it..

I needed a bedroom that was "My Style" Dark wood, and bold lines. I was about to give up on the search, but luckily I stepped in to the store. Bought a nice bedroom at an excellent price. Thank you! I will be doing more furniture shopping here.

It was a very good experience buying from mega they offered reasonable price for our bedroom set and the salesperson were very friendly and although Delivery was late by one day but product was very good and i am satisfied with the product.

This store has a great selection. We hit all of the usual larger chains seeing alot of the same thing. Here they have a very nice high end line. We also negotiated a great price. Alot better quality than we assumed.
