We have had two experiences with this location and both have been poor and rude. The first one was we purchased a new box spring and when we went to the warehouse they handed us a different box spring saying they are both the same price but this is the one thats on the order sheet. We gave the location another chance and we recently purchased a mattress for my daughter for a new Easter bed. The West Valley store had the mattress, however once we paid both sales representatives sat back down at their desks and didnt help us out. They watch my girl friend and I struggle to keep the doors open to leave and did not offer help! Or at LEAST hold the doors open!! Their customer services is very poor and I would not recommend them based on our previous experiences.

Just bought a tempur-pedic mattress with an adjustable base for an amazing price on sale. The customer service was the best we have ever experienced and we would definitely recommend coming to this store if you need any type of help figuring out what kind of bed would be best for you. We went in not having a clue of what we wanted and within several minutes we were pointed in the right direction. Over all, the process was made simple with the knowledge we were given on each type and brand of mattress, making our decision easy. Erick was an amazing guy to work with in this decision, I cant imagine the process going any smoother and he was a great person to talk with in general...anyone I come across needing a bed will be recommended to work with him.

Our salesman was Erik and he was amazing! He gave us a fair deal on a mattress and threw in the mattress protector and delivery for free. We also had a defective mattress which he was very prompt in getting the problem righted. It was one of the most painless purchase and exchanges I have had. I have worked in furniture places and have dealt with the commission hungry salesman, I am happy to say this place actually has amazing customer service and they dont pressure you for a sale. I highly recommend this place!

Cant say this enough i loved the person who helped me and my grama and mother and especially me. The guy was so friendly And helped us really quick find my mattress even for a cheap price i will not lie the service, Delivery, And installing were extremely fast and friendly Go here if you are looking for some nice economic saving mattresses! if you are looking for a quick and cheap mattress for on the dime they got your back!

What a great place to do business! I came came in to look at a new bed and they totally set me up. They had a great deal on a pillow top mattress and I got 2 deluxe pillows, a contour pillow and a waterproof mattress pad for $0.88 each! They were so helpful to find a bed that was the most comfortable for me without pressuring me into buying something I didnt want. Thank you so much, Jared, Erik, and Evan!

My parents and I bought a Tempur-Pedic mattress, a protection sheet, and two pillows from this place. The salesman Kevin, and manager Erik were very nice and give us discounts on the protection sheet and the two pillows. So the only thing that we have to paid for was the mattress. I would recommend anyone to have a look at this place when you buy your next mattress.

I love the new manager, Lisa. She helped my husband and I buy a floor model and we cant believe how much "happier" we sleep now! :) She worked with our budget and made things happen to exceed our expectations. So glad I came in and tried the different firmness options. Much more personable than an online mattress store. :)

Bought the best bed I have ever owned from this store. I bought the serta icomfort bed from here. I found it on their website which was 200.00 cheaper and they honored the online ad. Will go here again if I need another mattress.
