It is now abundantly clear that buying furniture from Contemporary Furniture Liquidator was a HUGE MISTAKE!. We purchased a Queen bedroom set....the entire set including the queen bed, dresser with mirror and nightstand. After recently moving into our new place we began opening the boxes and putting the bedroom together. It didnt take long to find out that we were definitely missing pieces. CONTEMPORARY FURNITURE LIQUIDATOR FAILED TO GIVE US ALL THE PIECES OF FURNITURE THAT WE HAD PAID FOR. We did NOT receive the mirror that belongs to the dresser and more importantly the bed frame was NOT included! This is very clearly a huge problem and absolutely not acceptable. So when we gave them a call about the issue and they asked for a receipt we made sure that the following day we showed up to their warehouse with the receipt. And the receipt very clearly shows that we paid for a Queen Bed, dresser, mirror and nightstand, yet all of the greedy, ignorant workers and managers at this place refused to give us these items. And now we are stuck with our bed sitting on the floor because we paid for a bed that we never received and our dresser has no mirror. (Not to mention that the quality of the items that we did receive were scuffed up.) This was by far the WORST EXPERIENCE that I have ever had with any company. I would never in a million years ever consider purchasing anything from these people again, and I would highly advise that you spend your money elsewhere to avoid any issues with this company that is very clearly incapable of upholding any honest business etiquette. THIS PLACE WAS A HUGE RIP OFF WITH ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I went to them looking for two futons for my sons instead I bought 3. The man there I believe the owner said they were very good quality so I buy them i paid extra for delivery they bring them at 8pm that night but they say they couldnt put them together cause they had to rush to another house that had wrong furniture. Like what they were doing for me was nothing so I did get irritated and told them to leave i will do it! So on Wednesday the futon brakes! yes brakes! the spring goes thru the mattress not all the way but enough to puncture and the boards are cheap and broke and the feet for the futon when you put them on at first they are already stripped and wobble they have no security. I called him and told him the issues right away he gets defensive and starts ranting. I lost my cool and cussed him out he has no respect for women or running a business just looking to screw over people for their money!!! DO NOT GO HERE THEY SCREW YOU OVER!!! THEY HOLD NO WARRANTIES!!! EXCHANGES!! OR REFUNDS!!! what gets me more is they dont even tell you this when you go and buy or visiting there store!! or mention this while your signing the receipt! I HATE PEOPLE LIKE THIS THAT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF GOOD HARD WORKING PEOPLE.

I will say that I just got a great deal on a leather sectional, and here is how you can too: 1. This is a liquidation warehouse, dont come here expecting guys in suits to cater to you. Know some measurements and look around, find someone when you need help. 2. Negotiate - but be prepared to pay as soon as you make an offer since they dont want an accepted low offer to be used as bargaining chips elsewhere. Other thoughts: -Its hot in here, but they arent trying to pay a/c on a warehouse with low margins so I get it. - Deposit policy is very strict, I imagine someone placing one and changing their mind would regret it- I didnt change my mind so no worries. - The warehouse guys that loaded my car were EXTREMELY NICE, they even took an extra few minutes showing me the best way to use my dolly at home In the end, come prepared, make a good offer, and youll be happy.

Bought a wooden bed from them within this last month and the frame cracked/broke within a week of putting it together. Went in to talk about if they could call their manufacturer to see if they had a exchange policy and was hit with the absolute worst customer service Ive experienced in my life. I attempted to calm down the man I was dealing with, who was yelling at me the entire time I was there. When I asked him to speak to me civilly, he threatened to call the police on me if I did not leave. Do your self a favor and never go to this store. Wonder who hired those two jackasses. Then again, he was probably just insecure because he was 5 feet tall and bald.

Got a super deal on my furniture! This place is hot but the furniture is very cool! Not like every store you go to......blablabla...same stuff every where. Trust me, been in a lot of store in Phoenix area. The furniture they sell here have more of the European/modern vibe but they have traditional too. I love the Copenhagen or Z-Gallery furniture but I could not afford it. Got very similar living room set and big upholstered bed for much, much less at this warehouse. Delivery service was nice and got my stuff next day. Check them out.

Me and my Hubbie went to this place and bought a sectional paid $70 for delivery as they brought the pieces in one by one I checked them the center piece rocked back and forth very bad I asked the delivery man can he take it back he told me he have nothing to do with that so I called the store and talked to the owner and he told me he would pick it up by Mon or Tues he never came or called ,now that Im calling them theyre not answering the phone and the mailbox is full BAD BUSINESS. .I dont even want to give a star at all

I, unfortunately, am being forced to give this store a one star rating when they do not even deserve that. My fiance and my self went in to this store to look for new furnature for our new home and we were not even in the store for 5 minutes when a salesman approaches us and told us our 2 year old son could not sit on the couches! My son was being very well behaved and was sitting nicely an we certainly did not deserve such disrespect. Unfortunately for them, they lost a good sale due to horrible customer service!

Beside been rude and short you get what you paid for,my only other complain is that I dont understand why they make you feel out your informations on carbon copy paper and only on my paper the guy wrote how much I must pay the moving guys in cash....wtf?why cant you just add that to my order and let me pay how I want to???? obviously its done to scam the customer and the irs

My experience at this store was good aftet browsing around at different furniture stores we ended up with this store. The staff was very knowledgeable of their product the people that helped us to load everything in the truck was also very helpful we ended up buying a 3 piece reclining sofa set and a dinning room set "pub"

Worst experience ever, I bought stools and they were defective or either returned, the guy was overall rude when accepting my return,never returning back and wouldnt recomend this place to anyone, your better off at wal-mart! rating this place a whole star is too good, they deserve half a star!!
