Never using office depots printing services again! Worst customer service Ive ever experienced! Was told I would be waiting 2hours on some laminated papers which was fine. They never called me to pick them up, so when I had had enough at five hours of waiting for theyre phone call I called them myself and was told that my papers had been done for hours and that the person who was supposed to call me never did, I was then informed that they were closed and I would not be able to get my papers until the next morning! Too bad I need them tomorrow morning for a project Im working on in my class!!

Ive worked with Office Depot print center on several occasions. They have excellent customer service, treat me with respect, communicated any questions with me, notified me when my job was completed, etc. The printed items Ive ordered have been just as I asked, and on time. They have also given back to the community, which is important to me. Thanks, Office Depot!

Great location with helpful staff. The Print and Copy center is very efficient and can help you with just about any printing project. The new store layout is almost opposite of what it was previously but after just a few minutes it is really easy to find anything you need.

Must say I was shocked by the opposite of service I received during my first time in the store. Will do all I can to avoid this store and advised by co-workers to do the same! I miss the Office Max already! Gotta say Im shocked the Max closed while this store stayed open!

This place has upped its game. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help. They layout has also improved to enhance the shopping experience- very open. My 2 year-old was acting like a 2 year-old and several employees offered her stickers and were very helpful.

During my busy season at the office, Im usually at the Copy and Print Department at least once a week. They are so great and even know me by name and know what I typically order! Jenny is so great to work with and helps me out everytime!
