Love but theres a new catch. I work downtown and walking distance from this location. Ive been a gold member for years and drink Starbucks very regulary, whether I pick it up on my way into work or walk over with a co-worker after getting into the office. I love this Starbucks and used to have great relationships with the Barristas. It seems that all of the Barristas I knew quit or got let go. The new ones are ok, but dont make an effort to get to know you like the old ones do. Addition to the average service, the breakfast sandwiches are now marked up to $6 a piece! Thats outrageous. The Sundance Square location isnt even marked up to that price. I pay $3.75 for my breakfast sandwich at my Starbucks location near my home. A $2.25 mark-up just for being a downtown location is unacceptable. Sincerely disappointed.

The 2 people working here this morning have the personalities of a bush. Three of us together, no one in line before us and no one came in while our drinks were being prepared but still messed up the order. We each orderd an item off the menu and in all 3 drinks the only special request was an extra shot in one. The extra shot got put in the wrong drink.. the baristas solution to this was to mark off the side of the cup where it was supposed to go and write it in on the cup it actually went in but didnt bother to tell me this when I picked up the cups.. thanks. Hope my friend enjoyed that extra shot.

Barista stopped me mid-order to take someone elses order. Took incredibly long to take my order when they got back to me (its not even complicated. Decaf white mocha). Waited for 20 minutes until I asked the barista for my beverage. They forgot about me then proceeded to make me wait longer. Drink was made fine, but forgetting to make it in the first place was horrible service

WATCH YOUR STEP if youre walking in off of Main, there is a small step. However if you do trip up a little, dont fret, because the friendly staff will welcome you with understanding. Youll also find theyll be quick to fill your order, and your heart. Had a great experience at this store waiting for my train.

tiffany is a horrible barista. very obvious she hates her job and does not care how she portrays herself to customers and she makes horrible drinks. starbucks should be ashamed to have their logo on her
