I do not often have the time to stop by, but I left home earlier today in order to get some great hot donuts. I arrive and go in. There is a customer close to the register. One employee dipping donuts into chocolate, others further back. There were two employees close to the register with their backs to us. One girl was refilling something, but I couldnt tell what. The guy was working with the coffeemaker. I waited patiently. And waited.... and waited.... recognition that I was even there would have been fine. After about 5 minutes I said "Yall have a good day!" And turned to leave. But before I exited, I turned to see if my comment raised anyones attention. Nope. They were still doing whatever it was they were doing...

My family loves Krispy Kreme and we were thrilled when they opened the one on Denton Hwy. It was great at first but now it is a joke. The doughnuts are way overpriced which wouldnt be so bad if they actually had the doughnuts they advertise. When you ask about the ones you want they tell you the machine is broken. We went tonight 3 hours before closing and they had 2 of the ones we asked about. The girl behind the counter stated that they were out of everything else and wouldnt make any more even though they were open for 3 more hours. This place is in bad need of some adult supervision and somebody to train these kids that work there. Your awful service cost you our business.

They are out of everything we tried to order. No Reeses peanut butter doughnuts because they just are out of them, no oreo chillers because they are out of the mix, no espresso or cappuccinos of any type because their machine has been broken for over a month now. The employees are busy takings selfies....this place has gone downhill quick. We used to love coming here, even though its a 20 minute drive. Its just not worth it any longer. Management or ownership seems to have lost any concern for the business they used to have.

I arrived at 5:50 kind of shocked to see that they didnt open until 6am. I decided to wait until they opened the doors only to find out they did not have any of the main staple of their business prepared. Not one glazed or chocolate donut ready! How is it that the most popular of your donuts were not ready? When I asked the guy told me it would be another 15-20 minutes for glazed and chocolate. I now have to disappoint my kiddos as this was supposed to be a treat for the day before we all went to school.

I had good experience and bad experience. Bad is due to laziness of staff. I was in drive thru getting my coffee. The cashier didnt tighten the lid and as a result coffee spilled on my cup holders. Kept knocking the window to get a new cup but they would not listen. Blew my cars horn couple times still no one came. Was getting ready to drive to front when someone showed up at the window and gave me a new cup.

The place is always clean and well maintained. Freindly people and AWESOME DONUTS! OK...So I am a fat guy...how could it not be a 5 star rating for this place. Always fast! Always fresh! Always delicious! Great selection of fresh donuts day or night...you cant go wrong. Make it a treat today!

The doughnuts tasted weird (both my kids and I thought this), the selection is small, and Nell Torres does not have a good tone of voice or attitude towards customers. The only start is for the nice young man who served us. He was pleasant and had good customer service skills.

Nell Torres was extremely friendly and helpful this afternoon. We needed eleven dozen donuts for an event this evening, and they had them ready for us in 45 minutes. Grabbed a couple of extras to eat on the road and they were delicious. I was grateful for the great service.

Donuts are great but the staff is terrible, we visited the store today and Cassandra assisted us, never look at us, not a thank you nothing terrible attitude. For the last 3 tines that we have visited this store we have to ask for the free donut.

Could see staff cleaning up in the dark at 930 and the posted hourse say they are open till 10. So they dont even honor their own posted hours. And they didnt have a sign out about it or anything. So thanks for making me waste my gas and time

Great donuts, a little on the sweet side. Clean. Friendly. Here for National Donut Day and they were more than happy to give us a free donut of our choice, free of charge. We appreciate Krispy Kreme for appreciating us!

When I came their doughnut machine was broken so they had limited stock on hand. They also serve their cold drinks in a thin plastic cup. Not to complain but thin plastic sweats all over the place and is easy to break.

Every time I come I wait in line for over 20 min just for them to get my order wrong. Seriously how hard is it to make an iced coffee? I will not be returning, gave them 2 tries. Dont go here if your in a hurry.

There are sometimes that Im disappointed with the donut holes. They will seem a bit hard and old but my actual donuts will be fresh and delicious. Kids love it, I love it, will keep coming back.

Hard to go wrong with Krispy Kreme. The service here is a little slow, and make sure to ask for your free donut (for coming inside) otherwise you wont get it.
