Walked into the coffee shop at 9:40pm on a Saturday night and asked for a coffee and croissant. The croissant they said cannot be warmed up as they had turned off the oven?! (When they close at 11..why would they start shutting stuff down an hour and 20mins earlier?)And then the coffee, was lukewarm! I guess that was turned off too..I returned it and then the guy gave me another cup that was exactly the same temperature! I then told the lady That this is NOT HOT AT ALL.. And I was a little agitated by then.. As this was the second time..she says" oh okay, I am brewing one now and il give you a cup of that instead.. Wow? Why would you give someone cold or leftover coffee which is not even hot? Turned the stuff off again? And their attitude too was so bad! I understand they doing this like 10-20 mins before they close but this was too early! And the worst part was that they were least apologetic about having to change my coffee thrice!!! Very bad and lazy attitude! They didnt care at all.. Looks like they should shut down at 10 if they dont care and dont want to work! Coming from Houston this is one of the worst and least customer friendly places I have been too! Avoid this place if possible and maybe look for local coffee spots instead!

Im not a real fan of Starbucks but stopped by here to get a box of Teavana. After this last visit I realized that I will never come back to this particular location. First off, we have far better options for coffee. Second, the service here is not good. It doesnt stand out. If Im going to spend that much money on a crappy cup of coffee, you better at least be nice to me. On this particular occasion I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes and wasnt even greeted. There were 4 Baristas, 2 of them looked directly at me and didnt even smile. Yes, I understand that its not the biggest deal but its still not good service. Working in the service industry for 27 years has made me picky. It is typical of Corpus Christi service though however, Ill spend my money and time somewhere that appreciates it. I turned around and left.

My wife and I usually get our starbucks drinks at this location because it is a convient place. Lately, however, it seems as if they have an entirely new staff. She and I order the same starbucks drink for the past year or so now and this is the third time in a row that they have got it wrong. The drink tasted so bad, I had to go and find a breath mint to recover from it. One time I was in there, one of the senior clerks was rude to me, asking me if I wanted my name on my drink. It did not matter to me either way, I did not know it was part of their process was to put a name on the drink to call it out when it was ready. She did not specifically say that either. That was the first time I did not use the dirve through.

This was my first time visiting this location. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie well needless to say I had no idea that it was made with protein in it. It was awful so I took it back. And I was rudely informed that there was protein in it and she measured it correctly. I kindly informed her that I was not aware that there was protein in a smoothie. So she made me another one and it taste just as bad as the first one because she put protein in it again. I did not take that one back. It was not so much the drink that made me mad it was the way I was treated and spoken to. Not that it would be any skin off their back but I will never step foot in their door again.

Batista lied to my face about using the "smallest cup for ice" when I saw her use a larger size and then rolled her eyes when I called her out on it. This was AFTER she already gave me my iced coffee the first time completely filled with ice but it was supposed to be with "lite ice," and labeled that way clearly on the cup with a printed label. This process also took 10 minutes. Im a huge starbucks fan and this is the worse experience, so even though its not that bad, it just makes me wonder what else they might lie about. Addition: my boyfriend wen to put milk in his coffee and they dont have any

Most the time I just pick up a mobile order and when I actually make an in store order they actually know my name . Being called by first name and asked how Ive been makes it just a little bit more personal than being treated as just one of the customers at least they take the time and the effort to know their customers all and all this is a great Coffee Shop

The guy that helped us at the counter was awesome! The bagel and fritter were good as well, but the coffee (which is really why we stopped here) tasted burnt. The barista was not very pleasant either. Could be why the coffee was so bad... I mean Ive never had such nasty tasting coffee even from somewhere like ihop or Dennys.

My fiance usually prefers this starbucks but today after making her drink hot instead of iced and smaller than she ordered the barista had an attitude when asked to remake it, still gave her a smaller size than she ordered and not the way she had ordered it, Im not a coffee drinker but it makes her happy, but not today:-(

Average Starbucks, staff is good, coffee is up to par. Overall maintenance could improve, bathrooms were unclean, exterior in need of repairs.... gotta set the bar a bit higher management. Parking and drive through area are a nightmare. Parking up front will get you stuck with a long drive thru line (typically expected).

I love this Starbucks!! They are very nice and get my drink right. And if its wrong they remake it! A lot of them ask me if I want my drink hot iced or frapp and they ask if I want classic in my vanilla iced coffee. Not all do it but most do! To me thats going the extra mile. Take time to stop by and tip your baristas!!

Our State Rep Todd Hunter has been known to come here for coffee and chat with constituents. This intersection is at a major crossroads in Corpus, but not on the highway, so its frequented by locals who are out running errands and want to meet up with friends or plug in and get some work done over a latte.

I normally come mid day and there are so many laptops and people working that I cannot find a seat to drink my coffee also two working the counter and one working the drive through are not enough workers but the ones they have are very nice people and good at their work

This is hands down the best Starbucks in this city. The baristas are very friendly, funny and welcoming. If they dont know your name they at least know your drink and make you feel like youre on the set of Cheers or something. Always leave with a laugh and a great drink.
