I work in the mall, so I would go to coffee beanery regularly. I enjoy their flavors and its cheaper than starbucks. However, every time I go in there I feel like I get disrespectful service. I always order my coffee the same way and the staff tells me "you dont need sugar, its sweet enough." After the 4th or 5th time this has happened Ive had enough. I dont need someone, or multiple people, to tell me how I should have my coffee. Not only that, but I say thank you and they turn away. No "your welcome" or "have a nice day" and very rarely a smile. I was spending money there 3-5 times a week but I will not be back.

I love this place, they are eager to sell you a ceramic mug, but they do not offer ceramic mugs to drink your coffee from. Im no hippy, but I hate using a styrofoam cup for 10, 15 minutes and then tossing it where it will never be recycled or decomposed. Get with the times.

The people working here are always smiling and friendly. And their coffee is ridonkulously good, and less expensive than other coffee places :)
