I would give it negative stars if possible. I went excited about getting good coffee as a friend said they have good coffee. The limited parking probably limits them but not as much as the horrible service. 4:15ish on 6/2/2017, I encountered the rudest order taker EVER. She was short on patience and long displaying her lack of appreciation for customers. When asked to show me what size the cups were she slammed each one onto the counter like they were chunks of rock to heavy for her. When I asked for almond milk she came across as angry that I would dare think Reverie had something so low brow. My checking my phone to make sure I got the right combination must have further offended her as she assumed I was ordering for someone else. Followed by asking in a short and arrogant tone if I wanted a single shot of espresso has they normally serve double shots. Then telling me she would make it a single shot. Id just said the double was ok. I didnt finish ordering. I wanted my latte and to get away from her. To add insult to injury the latte was awful. Glad I didnt take the appeasement offered as I stated then and repeat now. I will NEVER go back.

If youre the kind of person that mainly cares about atmosphere/aesthetic, then this is the place for you. Service was really great! We should have inquired further about the "home-made" lemon/poppy muffin. It was light in flavor and heavy in texture (aka gross). Thanks Mrs. Crocker for my breakfast muffin... no thanks. I was told the beans they were using for my cortado were a "South American Blend"... whatever that is?? I believe they were trying to achieve a flavor profile of full-bodied, deep chocolate, and maybe a caramel finish. I got a little of that at the very end, after the intense sourness of under-extraction waned. I watched my shot sit a full 40 seconds while they steamed the milk for it. At this point the crema had completely vanished along with my hope for decent espresso *Poof*

I have had good coffee at this place however I feel a business requires more than this especially with as much face to face interactions as they have. I have read some of the other reviews and am sad to hear that I am not the only one receiving poor service. Last time I went in I waited 20 mins for an order and even then it hadnt been made. If this was my only negative occurrence I wouldnt be writing this review however I have noticed on many occasions having poor service from this place. Some of the employees are great however few and far between. I really hope the management takes this into account and improves on customer service because this could be a great establishment.

Reverie has one of the best Mochas I have ever had. It was a beautiful blend of strong brewed espresso with Cocoa Dolces amazing dark chocolate. It is a fantastic place to get your coffee and then get the heck out of there. It is an okay environment with plenty of judgmental stares to go along with it. There seemed to be a distinct style that if you didnt match it, you were the odd one out. The staff was extremely skilled and efficient, and extremely rude. I have gone several times in hopes it was a one time experience because the coffee was worth it, however, that was not the case. Every time I went it was the same stigma. I may visit again eventually only for the coffee.

I have been to many coffee shops around the country, and Reverie is in the running with the best of them. Clean floor and tables, comfortable temperature, perfect lighting, good atmosphere, and well handled coffee make this place worth the trip. I would however suggest a bus tub be put at both entrances. The baristas were all about the customer and serving a cup of coffee in a way that gives justice to the bean, they focus on the natural flavors that come from the bean itself. Though not my favorite shop that I have been to, it is definitely a place that I would visit again and again. Thanks Reverie for a wonderful coffee experience!

I love Reverie! They have great coffee roasts and are an all around great business! Staff is super friendly and eager to help when you ask for coffee advice. A hip place with lots of seating to stay for a while and chat with a friend. Not to mention, they hosted the Gilmore Girls free coffee give away a year ago when Netflix released new episodes. How cool is that?!? Ive had everything from beans to brew at home to pour over to espresso drinks and its all been great! I follow Reverie on Facebook and was especially impressed with the way they handled a break-in in a very classy way. A place I feel good patroning!

This is, without a doubt, the best coffee shop in Wichita. Granted the competition isnt incredibly stiff from a non-coffee culture. However, Reverie has all the makings of a true "third-wave" coffee place with enough second wave in there for comfort. Its excellent, artisanal coffee served up in a cozy fashion. While it is hip, its not overly pretentious and leaves the customer with a positive feeling. Let them do their best and order straight up coffee or espresso and enjoy their roasters craft. 5/5 for being the coffee spot Wichita deserves.

Reverie has some of the best coffee you can get in Wichita. They put a lot of effort into their space, drinks, and in the community. From hosting local events to helping out other smaller coffee shops. You can usually find a local food truck out front as well. My only complaints is the lack of parking and they dont have a blender. Id love to be able to have a blended drink with the same level of consistency and love they put into what they do. If you live in Wichita or even visited and never been to Reverie, you are missing out!

Excellent coffee and atmosphere. I probably get coffee here 4-5 times a week and Im always pleased. Once my coffee was made incorrectly, I hadnt tasted it until I was already driving away. I went back and they replaced it without hesitation. I have been to several different local coffee shops in Wichita and this is Easily the best. There is only one downside that comes to mind and it isnt that bad. They tend to be a little on the slower side as far as making the coffee. It doesnt bother me but could bother some.

Been going to Reverie for years. When they first started and you had to fill your own bag with beans the coffee was fair. Ever since they have gone to packaged beans the quality has shot through the roof. Coffee changes all the time and they continually get new styles. I usually only go for whole beans, but I have had many of their drinks, all top notch. With a bag of beans you get a free small drip coffee which I always enjoy.

There are coffee shops and then there are coffee shops. This place serves epiphanies in a cup. The Chai latte here was a revelation, the kind that will have you seeking a third or fourth. The service is excellent, the product excellent. The only drawback is that the cup is so sadly limited to the less than water tower dimensions. I will return thirsty, you should likely do the same.
