Went out of my way to get donuts for a early morning meeting. They open at 6am and I arrived @ 6:02. Walked in the front door and one individual asked "who left the door unlocked?" She said they werent open yet and that she was going by her store clock (5:57am). She said she would get what I needed. Thanks, but if you open at 6, shouldnt you be ready for business at 6? Asked for 3 dozen including one dozen glazed. Guess what! Their signature product (glazed) would not be ready for another 20 minutes. I left. Called Kountry Donuts and they were ready for business.

Walked in at opening 6:00am, they had NO glazed doughnuts(which I thought they are famous for) so I decided to go with chocolate coverd. These were received not warm as I have gotten at other Krispy Kreme stores. Once I arrived at work with these doughnuts to "dig in" the doughnuts tasted a day old, not fresh, & somewhat stale. Go there at your own risk, I for one will not return to this store. I would give it zero stars if I could. Very disappointed!

Krispy Kreme is generally always friendly and a a good place for families to spend some quality time together. Took my little one there for a mommy/daughter date and the manager had her family there at the same time. Her little girls and mine played for a while, it was cute. Great coffee, which is a plus!

Theyre always out of donuts, literally...always. Not much to say about this location since the only donuts they had my visit were the ones no one liked. If you want some REAL donuts, search of "Keller donuts and munchies" its a small family run shop and I swear is a must try.

Today was by 1 dozen get a second for 80 cents. The drivethrew line extened down past two other restaurants. We got our four dozen. I commend the employees. If I had worked there I would have quit and walked out. Corporate of youre reading this, those three need a raise!!!!

Horrible, I am terribly allergic to bees and we go in to get donuts and there is a swarm of them inside. Everyone is just acting like they arent there. We promptly left, if you are not concerned about the safety of your patrons you have lost my business.

We went here yesterday and were told they were out of original glazed donuts. Also, employees seem pretty uninterested, and they rarely have hot and fresh donuts. We love Krispy Kreme, but this location is seriously lacking.

Went in to get donuts and not only did they help the lady that walked in after us first but after ten minute we walked out. There was 5 workers and none of them helped out. There were only two customers. So disappointed.

Krispy Kreme donuts are a little sugary for me but its hard to turn down a hot Krispy Kreme donut. The cashiers are sometimes a bit slow but overall they do a nice job and you can get in and out pretty quickly.

While I love Krispy Kreme, we rarely get it except for special occasions. But they always seem to be out of the seasonal donuts ... which is usually why we go. A little planning would go a long way.

Today was "pirate day" my 4 yr old waited and planned 2 weeks for the day! The girls that work there are AWESOME and sweet as the donuts. Thanks for the fun time! Everyday should be dress up day

They were out of glazed/ Kreme filled donuts!!! I made a special, 30 mile trip, and they wouldnt even offer a discount or apology!!! If there were a zero star rating, they would be awarded it.

Love it. Every fresh batch the sign light glows. That means fresh free glazed donut. Glazed are the best although they make em in several flavors. They are smaller in size as compared to DD.

We called ahead to see if hot light was on and they said it was.. Drove 40 miles and no hot donuts and the ones we bought were not that great! Hot light went on 10 minutes after we got home.
