If you get an order wrong you should fix it without giving the guest attitude. I go in and order 2 drinks both were not suppose to have whip cream. When they both came out one had whip cream on it. I tell the barista and he tells me I didnt order it with no whip cream and argues with me on it to the point where the person who was behind me in line steps in and tells him that he was wrong and I ordered it the correct way. After much attitude I finally get my drink fixed but I will never be going back to that location.

Im so disappointed in the changes at This location. I have been going to this location regularly for the past couple of years. Recently they seem to have had a lot of staff changes and its not the same friendly vibe. They also keep rearranging the seating and setup and you never know what youre going to get. Frequently for the past couple of weeks they are out of the snacks or sandwiches I usually order. Its just not the same. Ive moved on to a new Starbucks. ☹️

I mentioned a military discount and everything got amazing after that. The manager of the store being a veteran himself offered to cover the cost of my two grande white mocha coffee beverages. This type of Love isnt commonly seen in Starbucks and I think it should spread. It made my day. Thank you Tad for being an awesome person and covering my coffee

Im regular ass dude thats not like these ritzy sophisticated Frisco people that come up here in there yoga attire. With that being said Im not picky and Im usually in and out pretty fast. The crew is chill place was clean, I came on a Sunday morning so it was a low crowd of old white people so it was quite. In all pretty dope.

The best Starbucks in the United States in this travelers humble opinion, an absolute gem!!!!

A Starbucks is a Starbucks but there is a very strange and limited selection of inside seating that doesnt work. At. All. It also seems to be very slow - I know that depends on the servers, but The amount of people waiting is probably too many, and for too long. Not terrible though.

4/5 Just cos they had a miscommunication error on two of my drinks. The error was quickly and politely handled. Staff are nice and fairly efficient. The food is good and the atmosphere is great. Just the kind of place to study/code/meet friends.

Today I went in here to have a drink remade from another Starbucks location and the staff was just delightful. The young man remade my drink with no problem. His attitude and the other young women made my day with their pleasant demeanor.

Between the overflowing rash and multiple cigarette butts on the floor outside, place is a bit messy. Bathroom was messy. Drinks were good as usual. And staff was very friendly.
