This place never gets my order right. All I order is the Santa Fe salad, drink and cookies, its not complicated. They have gotten my order wrong 4 of the 5 times Ive dined here for lunch. It sucks bc none of the other locations screw up this much from my experience , just this location which happens to be close to my job. Most recently I ordered online and paid via credit card, when I arrived Ms Parrish the mgr claimed I had not paid. I showed her my online receipt showing the transaction paid and she literally shrugged. She then said she doesnt know why but shes showing I owe $$, I showed her again my order # and the transaction paid and she just kept staring at me. So I said to cancel my order Ill head 4 miles down the road To another place and as I turned to leave she YELLED, "SO YOU DONT WANT THIS ORDER?!" I dont suggest going here if you want your order to be correct or to be treated decently.

Manager is very friendly and countinuously checking in on customers. Food is delicious and the space is very comfortable. 2 out if 4 baristas seem new have no idea how to treat customers. This is the second day Ive been in and I walked to the front with a smile and didnt say anything, to see if they would kindly ask what Id like. They did not and when she handed me my reciept, no eye contact and no "thank you enjoy". And when our food was brought to us, we said thank you very much, and she just walked off. Very poor unprofessional. Based off how the manager acts, they have a good teacher but are not interested in learning how to do it the right way. Will note that everyone else is very nice and respectful. Just the two that seemed rude ruined it for me. Hopefully a change is made to improve their attitudes towards customers. Disappointed but the cinnamonbuns are delicious.

Just left from here. The service was quick (which is great), the food hot (awesome)!! However while I was waiting on my food I watched the lady manager walk from the kitchen to the front and answer the phone with the same gloves she was handling the food with (yuk) also she was touching her face and hair (yuk). She walked back into the kitchen with the same gloves on and then my food was ready...... I dont know if she made my food or the other guy that was in the kitchen made my food lol!! But I am starving marvin right now so I had to pray extra hard that the lady didnt make my food or that I can be cleansed of any possible nasty stuff that might have gotten on my food from her (the manager)... I will go back to corner bakery just not this one. # Lead by example managers geesh

This is the second time I have been to a Corner Bakery, but it is the first time I have been to the Hwy 114 location in Irving. I had a bread bowl of broccoli cheese soup. The soup was tasty, however the bread bowl was not cut deep enough to serve enough soup. As a result, I received less than a cup of soup for twice the price. The atmosphere is acceptable, but the service was mediocre. In addition to my soup troubles, our order was incorrect, although fixed in a timely fashion. All in all, dont expect much, but its not a terrible place for a quick lunch. If you have a choice, there are better options nearby.

Exceptional food! Very Yummy. (unlike Yummi Sushi in Irving, bleh) A BIT OVER PRICED, and small portions, but its high in fat anyhow so Im okay with that. ... Not good place to take a hungry male Breakfast/lunch/dinner date though.. Hell be grumpy after bc hes still hungry. One time they really screwed up our to-go order, I called and they refunded everything. Great Customer Service, and excellent employees. Once again, UNLIKE Yummi Sushi in Irving... SUPER CHEAP AND THEY ARE ABSURD, and I heard they use dog/cat meat. WHERES FIDO!!?

Quick review: the breakfast was good, I ordered the Anaheim Scrambled Eggs, whatever is called. It was still warm when it got to our table and it was a decent portion. I think the staff wasnt as friendly as they are at the other locations. It could have been due to being in the morning, but who knows. Usually, when I visit other CB, I leave with the feeling of " yeah I will like to comeback again", but not this time. Overall, it came down to the staff, the john Carpenter location one, unfortunately, is not a favorite at the moment.

I havent been here before until today, and it was a great breakfast spot. The new oatmeal was fantastic, and the fruit/yogurt parfait was fresh and fantastic. Now, I wouldnt say this is the BEST breakfast spot ever, but I would say its up there as far as chain restaurants go. Its "A-OK." I dont know how their lunch or dinner is, or even if they serve those 2 meals, but I know it was a great place to have a light breakfast with coffee and some good conversation! The employees were great as well. Super friendly and helpful.

The food was great, as always, at Corner Bakery. My family and I dined at these places while visiting Chicago. While visiting Dallas on business, I searched for one on my route and found this location. Being new to their breakfast menu, my cashier "Miss D" was clearly annoyed at my lack of understanding of how the menu worked. After paying and receiving my change, I thanked Miss D and her response was "Yup!" Unfortunate, must be related to the owner...

Have had numerous bad experiences here including dealing with employees who have no idea what they are doing, extremely slow service, incorrect orders. Also, was recently informed this location is a "test" location which means they serve stuff thats not on the printed or online menus and menu items on the printed and online menus that is available at most other corner Bakery locations may not be available at this location. Thats just dumb.

Staff was nice and helpful. Tasty Bakery items. Price for amount of food seems high. Usually Corner Bakeries are a Kid-friendly spot, but this one seems like it is not. Our kids were well-behaved, but felt like all the other customers (who were all older people) seemed annoyed by them. . Have been here on 2 other occasions and felt the same way. Will choose other locations with my kids.

Food is fine. Customer service is at the minimum. They try but the cashiers always act like they dont want to be there. They missed so.ething in my order and fixed it but while I waited I asked for a muffin they were out of. The manager gave me a small bundt cake in the flavor I asked for the muffin. That was nice of her. Otherwise, everyone else needs to smile some times.

I have visited this location 3 times over the past 3 weeks. Each visit was for breakfast to pick up a phoned in order. Each experience was wonderful, with the staff being courteous, helpful and professional. All of the items that have been purchased (about 50% of the online breakfast menu, plus croissants, pastries, and even simple bacon and eggs) have been exceptional.

Breakfast Review: If you need something close and quick... this is a good option. However at the same price point there are better breakfast options if you have transportation and time. Food that we liked: the bacon and pancakes were good... the cinnamon roll is amazing! I would return just to grab a cinnamon roll!!!! Yum! FYI: ONLY scrambled eggs are available here
