I am a huge fan of Krispy Kreme donuts. Going to school in North Carolina there was a Krispy Kreme one block away from my house. This shop however is run so poorly, it is hard to express. I called in for a pickup in February for 12 dz for an 8 am pick up. NOT READY NOT STARTED. I left without any donuts. In April I stopped in at 6 am for a dozen donuts, glazed... NO NOT ONE AVAILABLE, really your mainstay and not one. I tried one last time, last evening I called in 10dz for pick up at 7am. NO DONUTS, noone checked the phone service. The Manager came to see what the problem was, but was unable to fully grasp my issue there was a language barrier, and I speak Spanish. I left again without the donuts. I will not return to this donut shop ever again. Disappointed NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

went in today 10/17 about noon.....place was empty and no drive thru business. Yes we were acknowledged but it ended there. Counter woman finished her cellphone call then finished an order for someone I guess Guy was bringing ice out from back but didnt stop to help my party at all. Also the donuts in the showcase looked pretty anemic. We walked out to the woman calling out have a nice day to us and went down the street to Dunkin Donuts...Immediate service, bigger and cheaper donuts as well. Needless to say wont be back.

Have not been there yet, but the hours are not good for Krispy Kreme business. Krispy Kremes are known for their hours of availability. 8AM to 9PM is not good. Should be at least 6AM to 11PM. Family really had a craving for some donuts at 930PM, but they were close. Consider your hours.

I love Krispy Kremes, they are my favorite donuts but this location is a little snall and new so they dont keep them running hot on the conveyor all day long but only in the mornings. But they are good!

Says they open at 5:30 but when I get here they say there time doesnt say 5:30 yet. Plus I order the "regular glaze" and there not ready. Come onnnn man. Get with the program folks. Punctuality is key.

This krispy kreme was dirty. Floors were dirty. The guy was not friendly. Some of the doughnuts looked like they didnt rise. They were very flat. Disappointed at this visit.

Really warm and patient staff. My passenger could not speak and had to write her order down. She had questions and needed help. The staf was very helpful and accomodating.
