Terrible experience, Bad advice, Wrong plan. After paying faithfully for 2 years, owning my phone, I was put on a smartphone plan, and sent home to unlock my phone online. Horrific experience here, no company EVER treated me like this, not even close. After filling out the form and receiving emails telling me to call the wrong number to unlock my phone via customer service, making multiple calls, and being rerouted and asked to call other departments, being dropped, being talked at in a raised voice in a foreign accent, which I couldnt understand, I finally had a person send me to a supervisor, I was told I was put on a plan and I couldnt unlock my phone for another 6 months. ATT is basically robbing me, and the Williston store set me up for it. When my 2 year contract was done, I should have been able to unkock my phone, but they entangled me for another 6 months, first. This is basically stealing from me. I drove 45 minutes to the store, and 45 minutes from the store to do this correctly, I spent 3 hours plus on the phone with ATT customer service, which was so bad, rude, and they just dropped me not to deal with the problem until I politely asked them to please take my number so they could call me back, if we experienced difficulty. So if you added the time I lost, my mileage, and what it will now cost me to buy phones in other countries because I couldnt unlock mine, ATT has just robbed me, and they rob you too, and the Williston store either gives bad advice, or they are just in on it too to rob you of your money and not allow you to work with someone else because you cant unlock your phone when you own it!!! After spending a fortune paying it in to ATT for 2 years. I will let as many people know as I can with my blog, books, Face book, anything, just to let them know how much ATT stole from me so it wont happen to them. This is a nasty business model to entrap people, and the employees at Williston either dont understand how it works, or they trick you into staying, one or the other.... please go elsewhere with your business for your sake.

Just a little background information: I accidently dropped my phone in a sink full of water on Saturday. Naturally the phone doesn’t work anymore. I tried to file a claim with the insurance I have online but didn’t remember my password, no luck. I then tried calling on my girlfriend’s phone to start a claim there but didn’t remember my password, no luck. I then figured I’d go into a store to deal with it that way. I arrived at 0945 to be one of the first in line on Monday. I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Daniel, goes by Dan. He’s a Marine veteran and a really nice guy to deal with. He recognized me from helping with prior issues many, many months ago. He was not only enthusiastic to help but he knew every step of the procedure. He initially set up my password for the insurance but mentioned it might take 24 hours to reset. At this moment I’m thinking, “here’s the usual crap when dealing with the big phone companies”, keeping in mind it is not the individual employees’ fault at the base level, but higher. Still trying to be optimistic, I asked if I could try and file the claim right there in the store. Dan walked me over to the Apple iPad they use for the claims and began to walk me through it. Step by step Dan guided me, answering all the stupid or simple questions I had without so much of any animosity. Within 10 minutes the claim was filed, my questions were answered, and I was on my way. There have been occasioned when I’ve been in the store and it’s a >2 hour wait time. People often need to realize that when it’s busy, the employees can only move so fast while still retaining a good customer/employee relationship. So other than a very long wait time, I have never had a bad experience in the Williston AT&T store.

I have always done business at this store. I drive almost 2 hours out of my way knowing my experience is going to be the best. I have been getting the run around from the customer service reps from 611 about my order. First i was told it would be here on Tuesday or Wednesday. When i called in the yesterday they told me i didnt accept the terms and thats why my order wasnt shipped. wrong, i had made the agent stay on the phone to make sure it went through. Next i was told it didnt ship since the S7 active was recalled..... wrong again. It was the Note 7 that was recalled. I then called in again and the gentleman told me that he had spoken to HIS boss and they said head to the store and get my phones. At this point i had said no, you need to call the store and make sure that is do able. A few moments later he told me that he spoke directly to the manager and they said yes come get my phones. I drove almost 2 hours away for that to not be the case at all! I spent another almost 2 hours in the store trying to figure out the mess that was going on. 5 days later i am not any closer to finding out what is going on with my phones and i have spoken to 6 agents which 2 of them have hung up on me. The gentleman in the store.... all 4 of them gave me the customer service experience that i expect from any store. They went above and beyond to comfort me during my frustration. Today i will be getting a call from the assistant manager at the store to let me know what he can do for me today. I will rate and review the store again once my situation is resolved!

I had a great experience here. Called ahead and the manager answered, confirmed they had the product I was looking for in stock and immediately asked if Id like them to hold it for me. They also offered me both an appointment and the option to text when I was on my way to reserve a place in line so that I didnt have to wait for service upon arrival. As promised, they were able to help me right away and the staff couldnt have been friendlier. Couldnt be happier with the overall experience.

My fiance and myself were beyond pleased with the excellent customer service we received this past weekend. We could not have been happier with the services provided to us by Richard and the manager Tanyia. they both worked SO hard to help us out and work with us to make sure that we were happy walking out the door; and we were so beyond happy with everything and our new phones! Thank you so much guys for everything you did for us, you guys are great!!

I have been into a few different AT&T stores and kiosks, and I have to say...if I ever have a question, comment, or concern about SOMETHING to do with my plan, my phone, or I need an accessory. I call on these people! They are AMAZING at this store!! If you need to upgrade and you arent sure...go to the Williston store, they are AMAZING!! I never take the time to give feedback, and in this case I HAD to!! Great job you guys - and Gal!
