THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!!! The level of deceit and incompetence is disgusting! I set up an account and was told that I was approved for no deposit up to 3 lines. Then when we started suddenly I needed to pay a phone deposit not just taxes. I was porting a number from AT& T (or at least attempted to) paid the taxes and deposit out of pocket. When the number was ineligible to port - they told me that it would take another hour and half of my time over the 3.5 hours I had already spent over the course of 2 days to fix the issue and assign me a new number. When I asked if it would cost me anything additional out of pocket I was told "No" by both the salesperson and Assistant Manager. The next day I when they attempted to correct the problem - they wanted me to pay more taxes and another deposit! And, wait for 2 weeks for a return of my original monies and still have no active device! I called Sprint corporate they could not even get through to the store!!! No one answers the phone there EVER!! AWFUL! Buyer Beware!!

RUN RUN RUN AWAY! THIS IS NOT AN OFFICIAL SPRINT STORE! Friday I had the most unprofessional experience Ive ever had. I was told the only way to activate a phone that was replaced by Applecare on warranty was to upgrade my plan. I was told to leave after telling them I didnt want to pay more for a contract I already have. These people have no experience and are only concerned with getting you to pay more. I left the store called Sprint and the phone was activated. Funny the sales woman told me it could happen and she couldnt call anyone... A simple call is all it took. This store also looks like a bomb went off in it. There are no phones on display. No professionalism. The store also looked like it had not been vacuumed in a week with dirt and dust everywhere. The 2 sales people when an a group of people walked in audibly gasped. This was because they didnt want to have to work. Ive honestly NEVER seen anything like it. I will never go into this store again.

I had really polite courteous service that got me exactly what I was looking for. When I was scheduled for a business trip to France the following week I decided to take the opportunity to upgrade my phone to one with a removable sim card that I could change while abroad for a cheaper local alternative. The folks at the sprint store helped me find a model of phone that my plan had as an eligible upgrade and which would enable me to do what I wanted; they then walked me through the process of getting it set up to switch the sim card. It couldnt have gone better and I was really happy with the fast and easy service.

The Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. completely incompetent and unwilling to provide useful help. Operators will hang up on you thinking your on a cell phone even if your on a land line. Pass you around when you ask for a manager to just another incompetent and clearly unable to read operators who cant even read the notes in your file. one operator will tell you they will fix it no problem and then send you to the operator who will do the fixing and that operator then wont help unless you pay even if you have there insurance or its within the 30 days. Clearly they are so big they do not care!

My step daughter is attending school at UVM. She broke her phone and because we are not eligible for an upgrade bought a new one out-of-pocket. This store charged my account 4 activations fees, which I wasnt aware of until the billing cycle. They did email me a receipt however, when I opened the attachment it just showed the sprint store information with no total charges or items. Just the sprint store logo. Trying to get one over on college kids and their parents is bad business. Do not walk away, RUN! And FYI I got my money back via corporate.

DO NOT SWITCH YOUR BUSINESS ACCOUNT TO SPRINT THROUGH THIS STORE! We have been dealing with non-stop issues ever since the employee at this store switched our seven lines into what was SUPPOSED to be a single business account, but instead was THREE separate accounts - all without our knowledge. As a result we have had to spend OVER 40 hours of our time dealing with trying to correct this problem and it is still unresolved. If I could give this location a negative star rating I would.

This is a rather unfortunate store. Phone service, connectivity and data are important to a lot of people, and signing a contract for an expensive device is a big decision. The service at this store is slow, uninformed and indifferent at best. Its usually crowded, and at off-peak times is understaffed. Verizon is a far better option.

Started service here about a week ago. Was in and out in about an hour. The new associate Seth was helpful, fast and made the whole process as fun as he could while obtaining any information that he wasnt sure on from his coworker Mikayla.

I was at the williston location at 9am since they open at 9 and no one was there. I had to wait a full hour, out if my day just to go in and speak to someone. This should not happen!!!
