Waited for 45 min to be told I couldnt upgrade my phone because it wasnt in good enough condition!! When you check your upgrade status it says phone that you trade in must be in good condition and works. They should say needs to be in perfect codition!! My phone is not broken there for I wont make an insurance claim so that I can just trade it in so its perfect for them. I will pay my device off and DROP AT&T as my cell phone carrier. Im tired of getting poor customer service..

Last week I went into the store after I lost my iPhone and license in a ridiculous situation and I was unable to buy a new iPhone on the spot. A wonderfully friendly and helpful woman, I believe named Ashley, helped me pick an affordable phone I could use temporarily until I figured out how to get a new iPhone. Thanks so much for your help! Yes, sometimes theres a long wait, but every time Ive been to the store the people have been friendly & very helpful - often finding me a better deal than I thought I could get.
