I just would like to warn all customers to be careful when you are buying cakes or bread in the bakery inside their store. Last time when I tried to buy croissants the sales person- a polish looking woman in her 50s, tried to cheat and overcharge me. I ordered 2 lemon croissants but she deliberately put a price-sticker on a bag for 6 croissants. I have discovered this cheat when I went home. So, had to return back to the store and to talk to a manager. He apologized and tried to defend that the salesperson made a mistake and that their store doesnt try to benefit on customers like that. Yes, It sounds legitimate but the issue is that this polish woman took a look two times into the bag with my two croissants before putting a price-tag for 6 ones. So she clearly saw that there were only two croissants inside, but still tried to overcharge me. You can ask, whats the point of her doing like this? Who is going to benefit in this situation? I know that in Europe salespeople sometimes do this cheat in order to get food for themselves for free. Its called "shopping by customers". She tried to overcharge me for 4 extra croissants and if this trick had gone smoothly she would have brought to her home 4 croissants for free. And now do the math. Imagine if she would do this trick not only to me but to some other customers. She would got lots of stuff for free.

Horrible service trying to get a few quarts of their gelato. There were 2 people behind the counter and a young lady was helping a customer. The other person behind the counter was so clueless and into his cleaning he never acknowledged us and neither did the young lady. After waiting several minutes by the gelato, we saw a sign to order at the register. So we walked over to the register and while waiting there to hopefully order, a few customers walked up by the gelato and the gentleman started to help them. Realizing the hopeless cause, we just left. No acknowledgement, no system, indifference. I called the store when we got home only to have to call 3 times before I was transferred to someone who I could talk to.

The store is almost as cramped and cluttered as the parking lot manages to be. Dont waste your time trying to wrench your way in on a weekend day. Its not a terribly enjoyable experience The selection is decent, not excellent, and particularly theyre lacking in frozen foods - the Touhy location seems to have much more in stock all around though the presentation at this location is just a bit better. What stands true at both locations is that anything other than the fresh food will come at a stiff markup. Given the other options in the area, Id suggest looking for something less crowded. Its just really not at all worth the frustration.

Honestly, if youre looking for good prices on produce and deli products, this is the place to go to. Its true that the produce is sometimes not up to par, but it depends very much on the season and is no different than Jewel, Dominicks, etc. in terms of the quality of the produce. Youll find in some cases exponentially cheaper prices and a much wider selection. Theyre about to expand the store to a much larger facility on the same premises and I cant wait to see what new items they have! Hopefully its as good as the Fresh Farms on Touhy!

The fish is not fresh! However sold as fresh. Returned fish few times. Now looking for better fresh fish store. Рыба отвратительного качества. Несколько раз возвращал им рыбу. Зачем торговать говном, позориться, продавайте свежую рыбу, если называется фреш.

This store is ok, good prices, but for my family and I to put up with a very rude employees is just not good sign of how management runs this store. Anyone who has been to this store knows they have a lot of products, but in most cases its stacked on high shelf and when you ask someone to help you locate a product you should be very happy to assist.. Nope not the employees of Fresh Farms, Unless youre Russian they treat you like crap... Never going back here again!!!

There is no doubt this is a beautiful store and the layout is great. However, I was disappointed when the first smell I experienced was a strong fish odor. I took into consideration it was a new store and continued to browse and do some shopping. I went back about 6 months later thinking things would be different, but once again when entering the store there was a strong fish smell. This is a major turn off and I have not been to the store since.

FOOD IS GRET, ALTHOUGH YOUR CASHIERS NEED TO LEARN SOME MANNERS. I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR 2 YEARS AND I DONT REMEMBER A TIME WHERE THEY SAID "HI" OR EVEN LOOKED ME IN THE EYE, MY FRIENDS AND I EVEN GO IN THERE JUST TO EXPERIENCE HOW RUDE THEY ARE SOMETIMES AND WE LAUGH ABOUT AFTERWARDS, BUT SERIOUSLY, TEACH THOSE GIRLS TO SAY "HI HOW IS IT GOING" OR EVEN SMILE OR EVEN LOOK THEIR CUSTOMER IN THE EYE. FOOD IS NICE AND FRESH, SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.

Магазин хорошый Но смитрите на консервы банки закрученые есть много просроченой Продукции даже горошек 2 месяца просрочен крышка вздутая но стоит на продаже и сыр творог находил просроченый такшто смотрите вобля!!!

This place is at very convenient location. Most of the the vegetables and fruits are fresh. Also, they keep left out fruits and veggies on racks. They are very cheap and good to use within 1-2 days. Subscribe your email id with them and use their app to get offers. Mostly every alternate week they send coupons $5 off on purchase of $30/40/50. You can also get fresh breads and cake. They also have fish (but not live).

Might be my favorite grocery in the area. Marianos is on par, but I like that i can find things here nobody else has. Id call the two equal maybe? In any case, the produce is always very fresh, and I appreciate the variety of Eastern European goodies. Their fish is always of very very good quality too. If I lived closer it might be my every day grocery stop, but Im glad to go when I get the chance.

Amazing selection of produce! Fantastic cheeses and deli section. Lots of imported international food and treats. Their prices are slightly above average. There are no associates present on the sales floor so if you need to find something in a hurry youre out of luck and have to look for yourself. Cashiers seem overworked and simply quite rude sometimes.

This is the most wonderful grocery store around!!!! Produce, meats, baked goods and fish are of superior freshness, brimming over the shelves and stands. The isles are filled with all the delicious ingredients from any and all parts of the world, and if not they will get it for you! Wonderful staff! Almost as fun as shoe shopping......
