DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST SHOP...they have the worst customer service and delivery of products system ever. They lost my Mothers Day order --although I am fairly certain that was a lie and they just didnt get it done in time (because they acknowledged my order twice over a span of 2 hours before saying they didnt receive it and jumbled their way through that lie)-- and instead of apologizing and making it right the "manager" was rude and totally unprofessional and they didnt even complete my PAID FOR order at the end of the day. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS on them--they are completely correct. Trust me- save your time, money and sanity and do not choose them. They are full of a bunch of people who do not understand how to run a professional true business.

I was super excited when I found the perfect bouquet on their online store. I ordered it for someone for Valentines Day. TOO BAD SHE LEFT BEFORE SHE GOT THE FLOWERS. I tried calling over 20 times and no one was answering the phone. When I finally got a hold of them through email, they said their GPS couldnt find the location, SO THEY STUCK A NOTE ON THE DOOR AND LEFT THE FLOWERS AT THE BUSINESS NEXT DOOR. Then when she finally gets them a day late, IT WASNT EVEN THE FLOWERS IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE!!!!!!!!! WTH. They apologized and said they were super busy (which I understand) and offered me a free bouquet when I come into the shop. The whole experience was just really disappointing.

Very satisfied with the flowers I ordered for Valentines Day. I was hoping they would be delivered by the time I got off of work which was 1:30pm but they were so busy because it was Valentines Day. So I decided to pick them up at the store which was no problem. I picked them up and was offered my delivery fee back. I asked her to give me a couple roses and that we would be even. She said yes and I was off on my merry way. I would definitely buy flowers from here again. The flowers were beautiful. Thank you Vernon Hills Florist.

I am a friend of Vernon Hills Florist and I visited the area florists read their reviews. I was surprised that on June 29, 2007, Alexis R. gave two 5 star reviews on the same day she gave Vernon Hills Florist the worst review. You may yourself visit Alesis R.s review at Libertyville Florist and check the date. Therefore, I concluded that it is most likely that the review done by Alexis R is done by a friend of Libertyville Florist. Therefore, the review done by Dan is also suspicious. Joseph

Reading some of these reviews i was a little skeptical placing an order from this company but i bit the bullet and tried it out.. All i can say is WOW! They did an amazing job putting together the flowers i ordered and delivering them at a PERFECT time! I will be going back to this store in the future! Highly recommend, i am very very happy with the outcome of everything they did! The flowers were beautiful and well put together. Cant wait to order more!

Vernon Hills Florist is an amazing florist with warm service. They treat each and every customer with their best efforts, which is why my friend has recommended me this florist when I was going to prom. If I ever need to pick up flowers for any occasion, I know which florist is my go-to flower shop. Great prices and high quality service deserves a thumbs up!

Had to go to Aunts house in Vernon Hills IL for her birthday and realized that I should have go flowers. Whipped out my cell phone an looked up FLorists in Vernon Hills and found Vernon Hills florist on town line road. They were able to get me set up with a beautiful boquet. Mrs. Kim the owner was very helpful and fast
