False advertising. 1-800-Flowers has been showing ads online for the past week stating no service charge when ordering valentines day flower early now that i finally clicked one of the free service charge ads they are telling me that the ad is not true. I have purchased flowers from 1-800-flowers for at least 10 years now but will no longer, I refuse to give my money that false advertises. I am going to make sure to bring this up to Google AdWords (where I originally saw the advertisement), the FTC and the BBB and whomever else will hear my case.

Failed to deliver the flowers to my wife on our 25th Anniversary. They ruined what should have been a very special event. How can they possibly miss a delivery like this? When I called customer service they assured me that the flowers would be delivered the next day and that it was better late than never - how dare they tell me that. If you have an event that requires flowers on a specific day do not use this service. They will disappoint you every time.

NO STARS! HORRIBLE Customers Service! Ordered twice in one day and received FOUR conflicting calls about whether my item was available and/or would be ordered. I called to cancel and begin again --- and had the same problems! Hard to understand representatives that didnt seem to have a CLUE what they were doing. Will never use this vendor again.
